[The scene changes to outside of the arena and you see a familiar black Sedan pulling into the back of the arena. Katherine MacDougal steps out and a few of the non-wrestling employees see her, stop what they're doing, and begin to walk in the opposite direction, trying not to catch her eye. As she looks around, the natural hustle and bustle of the backstage area seems to slow as she enter.]

JP: Well look who it is, Ed Walkers newest nightmare.

Sully: But those are one set of puppies I would like to see, just out of mace-can reach though.

JP: She definately seems to have the boss bent over a log in this situation.

[The superstars she passes in the back seem to be a little worried, maybe even a little scared, as she walks by them they try to look the other way. She seems to be walking with a purpose to the ring, as she's walking she passes Jay T for the second time in two weeks. He turns just as she is by his side and he flinches, hoping that he's not gonna get maced again. As she walks by him she slides her glasses her down her nose a little and smirks. Focusing back on the task at hand, she slides her glasses back up. And walks with a purpose to the ring. She walks out of the back area and down the ramp the fans jeer and boo her as she makes her way into the ring, she walks over to the ring announcer and he hands her a mic.]

JP: You mean we have got to listen to the little harlet too.

Sully: Careful J.P. Don't wanna a lawsuit against you too, do ya?

JP: She would sell her mama down the river if it meant furthering her career.

MacDougal: Hello there people, My name is Katherine MacDougal. I'm the newly aquired lawyer of Eddie "The Pitbull" Benoit. I gave a proposal to the Commissioner of the MWF last week, and told him that I'd be expecting an answer tonight. I'm here now, just one week later, and would like that answer now. So if you don't mind coming down from your ivory tower, Mr. Walker, I would like the answer to the million, excuse me, the multi-million dollar question.

JP: See what I mean, she is willing to take a mans livelyhood to further her status in life.

Sully: That would have a nice ring Katherine "Slayer of Walker" MacDougal, beside what do you know about life status.

JP: See now your just being dumb.

Sully: J.P. you should be happy she doesn't have a lawsuit against you.

[After Katherine's little rant, the face of a very angry owner appears on screen. Ed Walker is not happy with this situation. Katherine turns to look at the screen above the entrance-way, standing in the middle of the ring arms crossed with a stern look on her face.]

JP: Here we go folks the boss has made his decision and it looks like he's not too happy either. He's gotta make the decision or lose control of his business, a business he has built himself. Let's listen to his answer.

Walker: Hello there Ms. MacDougal for the second week in a row, you have came to my business demanding an answer like you have some sort of authority around here. Well, in the intrest of "Fairness" Katherine, you will get an answer. Your client is going to get his match at MAYhem. Shiv vs. Pitbull in a Buried Alive Match May 30th, London England. But... There is another stipulation I am adding to this match, no body is allowed ringside, no refs, no valets, no friends and definitely no lawyers Ms. MacDougal, just two warriors in the middle of that ring.

JP: Well it looks like the match is on and Shiv will get his revenge for what happened to his friend Rick Martel.

Sully: Rick Martel....Rick....Martel, well at least he's still alive for god sake, this man Shiv desecrate Misery's grave and she can't even defend herself.

JP: Well neither could Martel SULLY!

[Walker starts to look a little more delighted now, and he sits back in his chair with a smile on his face.]

Walker: Oh and if you could tell you client something. Let your client know that this ones is gonna be on me but there won't be a next one, because at the PPV, Benoit, my investment will finally pay off and you will be Buried Alive!

JP: Oh my...Oh my where did he come from where did he come from...it's Shiv.

Sully: Don't do it Shiv not worht the wallet pains man, what is he gonna do to her.

[Out of nowhere it seems, Shiv slides under the rope quietly as Katherine reflects on Ed's comment. Shiv stands behind her as the crowd goes crazy. Katherine realizes that the jeers have turned to cheers and she knows somethings not right. She turns around to see Shiv standing behind her and she tries to get out of the ring thinking he is not going to touch her, but before she gets out of the ring he grabs her by the red bun on her head and pulls her back to the center of the ring smiling towards the crowd as they go crazy wanting him to pummle this witch.]

JP: THAT'S RIGHT DROP THAT JEZEBAL RIGHT ON HER HEAD!

Sully: He's gonna kill her isn't he J.P., all in the name of revenge for his friend right. He's gonna attack a defenseless woman.

JP: She's a god forsaken lawyer SULLY!

Sully: You're right there J.P., you don't have to get fired up man you wanna have a stroke.

[But instead he pulls her quickly toward his mouth as he lays a long hard kiss on her lips, he releases her to cheers of Shiv Shiv Shiv. Ed watching from the screen, is laughing at what Shiv has done.]

JP: Well see there he just wanted to show is all you need is love to warm up the cold heart of Ms. MacDougal.

Sully: Cold it may be but Katherine does not look like she's warmed up to the Shivinator.

[Disgusted by what just happened, humiliated in front of arena fans, and all the viewers at home, standing there in the ring, she reaches into her shoulder bag, for tissue to wipe her lips from the kiss Shiv left behind. And Shiv has the crowd going nuts! He turns to look at her and laugh. She has grabbed something else from her purse though walking up to him. She sprays him right in the eyes with the mace she used on Jay T last week, dropping Shiv to the canvas as he rolls around on his back rolling around in agony from the burning of the mace. Katherine takes her heels off and runs from the ring, the camera crew follows her all the way back, and out by her car, she gets in it and speeds off, squealing the tires.]

JP: I hope that's the last we see of that Jezebel in the MWF... She got what she wanted. Look at Shiv in the ring, He's up, but who knows how his vision is going to be at the Pay-Per-View.... Why can't Eddie Benoit just play by the rules?

Sully: That's what sets him apart, JP, and that's why he is going to have an edge at MAYhem.
