"Jay-Z" The Jeopardizer
versus
Wildfire
Non-Title Singles Match
Referee: Charles Galliant
JP: This is going to be incredible Sully,
The Jeopardizer and Wildfire will go one on one.
Sully: It's about time that The Jeopardizer
was put in his place, he's become unrecognisable in these past
weeks...
JP: I think you're getting him mixed up with
Sam King!
Sully: No I'm not, The Jeopardizer is a
double-crossing son of a bitch who should get his ass kicked all the
way around the ring.
JP: I really don't think it's wise you
saying that Sullivan, The Jeopardizer is one of the MWF's most
successful champions to date and I have a feeling he can only get
better!
Sully: We'll see about that, he can't match
up to Wildfire's incredible title reign...it doesn't look as if the
MWF TV Title wants to leave his grasp, it comes running back
everytime someone attempts to take it away.
Peter Santos: This match is scheduled for one fall, and is a
non-title match-up. Making his way to the ring first, from Toronto,
Canada, weighing in at 215 lbs., the MWF Xtreme Champion, The
Jeopardizer!
["Enter The Jeopardy" hits the PA system and the crowd explode as
The Jeopardizer appears through flashing red and white light, he
salutes the crowd and holds up his MWF Xtreme Title...smiling as the
cameras flash from photo hungry fans.]
JP: It's funny how The Jeopardizer and
Wildfire have come here today...they've both won the lower order MWF
titles and done a good job of keeping hold of them.
Sully: Especially Wildfire, he's been
through two cage matches and a Japanese Death Match to keep his MWF
TV Title!
JP: But The Jeopardizer was in that
incredible match at MAYhem, where he and Chris Drebbin took the word
Xtreme to another level.
Sully: The Jeopardizer is still a
double-crossing son of a bitch, he shouldn't have cast out Sam King
like that....and side with Anarkist.
JP: He only did it because of the way that
King treated him, if you were "Jay-Z" would you have followed "The
King"? No, you wouldn't!
Sully: I might....King certainly looks a
better wrestler without the fans.
JP: He hasn't won a match since
April!
Peter Santos: And the opponent, weighing in at 210 lbs., the
MWF TV Champion, Wildfire!
["The Beautiful People" by Marilyn Manson hits the PA system and
the crowd give a mixed reaction to the MWF TV Champion, some of the
crowd let off jeers while others seem unsure what to do...Wildfire
walks out as flames burst behind him and he points to his t-shirt
which reads "Come Get Wild". He looks rather smug as he polishes his
MWF TV Title.]
Sully: Wow! What an entrance!
JP: The MWF certainly stepping up the style
here tonight, all credit to everyone behind the scenes...but now it's
all about this match, I think we are looking at two MWF World
Champions.
Sully: MWF World Champions? I think you
shouldn't be adding the plural, Wildfire is an MWF World Champion is
ever I've seen one...The Jeopardizer is nothing but a
'wannabe'.
JP: "Jay-Z" has the best record of any man
in this Federation, he's had twenty-one matches and only lost five,
that's one hell of a record.
Sully: Wildfire has one of the most
devestating moves in the MWF....The Crisis, just ask Rick Jones and
Sam King, they will tell you what it's like to be on the end of
it...and The Jeopardizer is going to be another Crisis sufferer
tonight.
[Referee Charles Galliant takes the MWF Xtreme and TV Title and
holds them up to the crowd, then passes them from the ring to Peter
Santos who takes them over to near where JP and Sully are sitting.
The two men, Wildfire and The Jeopardizer stroll around the
ring...Wildfire tests the ropes while Charles Galliant checks The
Jeopardizer for any weapons. The bell sounds and the crowd come alive
as The Jeopardizer and Wildfire square up to one another. The
Jeopardizer holds a slight height advantage and Wildfire has to look
up to the taller man...Wildfire jabs forward, into the ribs of The
Jeopardizer and the crowd jeer as Wildfire whips "Jay-Z" into the
ropes. The Jeopardizer comes back and Wildfire looks for a
dropkick...he connects and sends "Jay-Z" tumbling back.]
JP: Looks like we're going to see a fair bit
of high flying action tonight and I have to say that really doesn't
suprise me as both of these men have proved themselves in the
air.
Sully: I think you'll see Wildfire flying
higher than most, he's the smallest man on the MWF roster!
JP: That may well be true Sully...I'll have
to check.
[Wildfire has grabbed The Jeopardizer around the neck, locking in
a rather modified sleeper hold, The Jeopardizer is struggling on the
canvas as he writhes in pain as Wildfire keeps the hold
strong...Charles Galliant looks worriedly at The Jeopardizer's
face....The Jeopardizer is falling limper and limper...Wildfire
suddenly releases and grabs The Jeopardizer by the hair and hauls him
to his feet. Wildfire runs to the ropes..."Jay-Z" is swaying in the
centre of the ring and he's sent off his feet by a powerful
clothesline from Wildfire. Wildfire drops to the mat and hooks the
leg...1...2!]
Sully: Oh! So close! Wildfire could have
wrapped it right up there...The Jeopardizer is being well and truly
beaten here.
JP: It's a close match...
Sully: Close! Close! Close! The Jeopardizer
hasn't even got a move in yet...
[Wildfire looks at the crowd, they've gone quiet and Wildfire
pulls The Jeopardizer to his feet and the crowd come to life as
"Jay-Z" breaks from his grasp and pushes away Wildfire and then grabs
Wildfire and hts a samoan drop...The Jeopardizer rolls off Wildfire
and then drops an elbow on the groin of Wildfire who screams with
pain. The Jeopardizer goes to the turnbuckle and signals to the
crowd, they roar as he makes his way to the top rope. The crowd hold
their breath as The Jeopardizer steadies himself and leaps
off...cameras flash as he connects with a moonsault onto the grounded
Wildfire. The Jeopardizer has Wildfire covered and Charles Galliant
slams the canvas...1...2.! Wildfire breaks out from the cover to the
jeers of fans and shouts of 'OHHHH DAMN!'.]
JP: This crowd really showing who they're
supporting here tonight...
Sully: It's a great honour for The
Jeopardizer to even make it to the headline spot, he should be
thanking his mother everyday for the privilege of just being
alive.
[The Jeopardizer grabs Wildfire by his pony-tail and drags him to
his feet, the crowd are getting behind The Jeopardizer as he grabs
Wildfire and looks for the Double Jeopardy, he has Wildfire in
position and goes to lift for the powerbomb....but Wildfire won't
move, The Jeopardizer attempts again....but Wildfire has other ideas
and lifts up and arches his back, The Jeopardizer is sent flying over
the head of Wildfire and crashes to the canvas. Wildfire smirks as he
stamps on The Jeopardizer, he then grabs The Jeopardizer and pulls
him to his feet....he whips "Jay-Z" into the ropes and as The
Jeopardizer comes back then Wildfire runs forward and lifts The
Jeopardizer up, The Jeopardizer is powerbombed hard into the mat and
Wildfire rolls over with the bridge...Charles Galliant
counts...1...2..! The Jeopardizer just gets out of the pinning
predicament.]
JP: Phew...that was really close for The
Jeopardizer, he wouldn't be happy to let himself lose through such a
weak move.
Sully: Great skill and agility by Wildfire,
did you see the way he just bridged that powerbomb to get the pin
in...
[The Jeopardizer slowly rolls and attempts to stand, Wildfire is
already up and he pulls The Jeopardizer back to his feet....Wildfire
attempts to whip The Jeopardizer into the turnbuckle but The
Jeopardizer turns it around and whips Wildfire into the
turnbuckle...The Jeopardizer follows him in and the crowd roar as The
Jeopardizer goes to lift Wildfire onto the top rope. Wildfire
struggles but The Jeopardizer lifts a right hand and uppercuts
Wildfire. The Jeopardizer gets the MWF TV Champion onto the top rope,
Wildfire sits and The Jeopardizer sets it up and the crowd roar as
The Jeopardizer looks for a superplex...]
JP: Here we go....Wildfire's going to be
dead after this.
Sully: I wouldn't bet on it, he's made of
stronger stuff.
[Wildfire suddenly lashes out as punches The Jeopardizer, "Jay-Z"
for a second leans back and then pulls himself back forward but
another punch from Wildfire causes The Jeopardizer to release and go
flying backwards and onto the canvas. Wildfire gets to his feet on
the top rope and wasting no time he leaps off...he is in flight as
The Jeopardizer looking up from his stricken position sees Wildfire
rushing down on him, "Jay-Z" brings his knees up and Wildfire
connects with The Crisis but is met with nothing but the knee joints
of The Jeopardizer. The crowd roar as "Jay-Z" pulls himself to his
feet, Charles Galliant checks on Wildfire.]
JP: What resolve from The Jeopardizer
there...he wasn't having any of that....he wasn't going to be on his
back for Wildfire there.
Sully: Hmmm, but Wildfire hasn't lost this
yet, he isn't going to go looking for defeat.
JP: It was a high-risk move and he sure did
pay for it!
[The Jeopardizer is standing and waiting for Wildfire to get to
his feet...Wildfire slowly hauls himself up using the ropes, he
stands, doubled over and The Jeopardizer runs and the crowd go up as
Wildfire is hit with the Deep Jeopardy, huge 'Jay-Z!' chants echoing
around the arena. The Jeopardizer collapses ontop of Wildfire and
Charles Galliant counts as Anarkist and Shawn Richards are seen
making their way down the entrance ramp...1...2...3!]
Peter Santos: And your winner, through pinfall, The
Jeopardizer!
Sully: No damnit...Wildfire had this one
won, but The Jeopardizer again has luck on his side.
JP: No luck about it, The Jeopardizer is
simply one of the best wrestlers in the MWF...you can't deny
that?
Sully: I can, Wildfire is streets ahead of
him, he's held his MWF TV Title for longer, and defended it in more
extreme and entertaining matches. What are Anarkist and Shawn
Richards doing down here?
[The crowd roar as the two other members of "WMD" are making their
way to the ring, Anarkist with the MWF World Title on his shoulder,
Shawn Richards runs ahead and slides under the ropes and The
Jeopardizer has his arm raised by Charles Galliant and takes his MWF
Xtreme Title and puts it around his waist as "The Stuntman"
congratulates him.]
JP: A great job by "WMD" here tonight,
they're really a sight to behold, who can compete?
Sully: I'm not sure, if only the "Canadian
Connection" hadn't disappeared then we'd have someone to stand up for
the rights of the MWF.
JP: But "WMD" are standing up for the rights
of the MWF, and the crowd love it.
Sully: Young Shawn Richards doesn't deserve
to be in some high and mighty stable and it is all because of that
meddling Fozzy.
JP: Fozzy is a great man, don't knock
him.
Sully: Well if he's so 'great' then why
isn't he out there tonight with his boys?
[Anarkist is in the ring and he and The Jeopardizer take their
titles and hold them up to the crowd who respond with cheers, "The
Stuntman" is on the turnbuckle and he shouts a warning as Sam King
walks out onto the entrance way, the crowd instantly turn and hurl
abuse at Sam King, who with no music stands in the entrance way.]
JP: What's that son of a bitch doing out
here?
Sully: He's come to show "WMD" that they
aren't as tough as they thought they were...
JP: They're as tough as nails!
Sully: Yeah....yeah....don't give The
Jeopardizer a mike, he talks nothing but smack!
[The Jeopardizer is thrown a mike, but he passes it to "The
Stuntman", The Jeopardizer and Anarkist stand behind "The Stuntman"
who with the MWF World and Xtreme Champions behind him takes on a new
air of confidence.]
Richards: Well...well...well...look what the
cat dragged in, Sam 'fucking' King, how does it feel Sam to win your
first match for let's see, two months! You can discount that match,
it was a mistake and you know that you didn't really win,
unfortunatly Grant August didn't see the disqualifiction the same way
that we did....and, you got the win over me.
[The crowd seem a little disappointed in "The Stuntman's" words,
Sam King stares at the ring.]
Richards: But the truth is King, that you
are actually worthless...a shadow of a former glory, you see "Jay-Z"
well he has taken everything that you and he stood for and made
himself of some worth, but you wallow in some crap which stinks to
high heaven, all regrets you are Sam, and a load of fucking
bullshit....you never realised how badly you'd hurt people who
respected you when you turned your back on the fans, the wrestlers
who were your friends, I can hear your own mother crying with shame
at what you've become!
[The crowd explode on this comment and Sam King begins to walk
down to the ring, "The Stuntman" continues his verbal barrage.]
Richards: Baggage, that's all you ever were
to The Jeopardizer. Sam, you never realised that you were "Jay-Z's"
passport to bigger and brighter things, you can hold your lighter
aloft and sing your anthems King, but they won't save you. You are no
longer a hero on the big stage, you're a villain, despised and
lonely, so why don't you do us all a favour and fuck off somewhere
else.
[Sam is most of the way towards the ring now, the fans screaming
at the conflict which is soon to come...Shawn Richards is beginning
to get nervous. The fans scream even louder as Wildfire has pulled
himself up from the mat and the MWF TV Champion has been passed his
title belt.....he runs and leaps, smashing the title into the back of
The Jeopardizer's head. Anarkist and Richards turn round to see
Wildfire rolling away from the floored Jeopardizer...Sam King takes
this moment and sprints into the ring.]
JP: All hell is about to break lose, Sam
King is going to destroy "WMD"!
Sully: Wildfire's along for the ride...wow
what a partnership that could be.
[Sam King is in the ring and Shawn Richards attempts to hide
behind Anarkist, the MWF World Champion shouts a warning at King but
"The King" is pumped and Anarkist finds a fist in his face and he
staggers back as King lashes out with a kick straight to the jaw of
Shawn Richards...the young star goes flying back a few feet and
slumps into the mat. Wildfire takes his title belt and lashes it
across the back of The Jeopardizer, whipping him savagely...Sam King
takes Anarkist and slams his head into the turnbuckle.]
JP: Sam King and Wildfire going to work on
"WMD" here tonight....
Sully: You have to wonder where Fozzy is,
the MWF's General Manager should be out here defending his
stable.
JP: I was informed that he left for the
evening, thinking that his main threats would be taken care
of.
Sully: I bet he's as sick as a parrot
watching this!
[Anarkist is sent tumbling from the ring while Sam King spins
round and grabs Shawn Richards by the hair, he whips Richards into
the turnbuckle and then begins to pump kicks into the mid-section of
"The Stuntman", the crowd jeering as he does so. King lands kick
after kick, until finally he stops and lifts Shawn Richards onto the
top of the turnbuckle, the crowd screaming as King positions himself
and grabs "The Stuntman".]
JP: What the hell is he going to do up
there!
Sully: I think Shawn Richards is going to
get a taste of what it is like when wrestling gets taken to the
maximum.
JP: Holy...
[King has Shawn Richards by the shirt and he lifts him and throws
him from the turnbuckle, except Shawn Richards is sent flying to the
outside...Sam King falls but lands on his feet as Shawn Richards
lands half on and half off the steel guardrail! There is a terrible
crack as he ribs connect with the guardrail and he screams with the
pain as Sam King faces a torrent of abuse. Back in the ring then
Wildfire has taken the MWF Xtreme Title and now using both belts is
whipping the back of The Jeopardizer bloody and raw. Anarkist is
staggering to his feet, but Sam King has picked up a steel chair and
the MWF World Champion turns and recieves a steel chair right to the
skull, he goes down with the blow ringing in his ears as King throws
the chair at the crowd and storms towards the entrance ramp...the
camera slowly fades.]
Sully: My God! JP! I think that "WMD" have
been well and truly Hans Blixed!
JP: Mind you, Sam King didn't miss a
spot.
Sully: The United Nations, that is what
Wildfire and Sam King should be, they are the peace keeping force of
the MWF.
JP: Poor Shawn Richards, he must have a
serious amount of broken ribs after Sam King literally broke him in
half with that viscous move.
Sully: Sam King's a mean son of a bitch, but
what does he have to worry about now, he's the best damn wrestler in
the MWF.
JP: Looks as though he's getting that fire
back in his soul....look at the back of The Jeopardizer, Wildfire has
taken out one hell of a beating on the MWF Xtreme Champion.
Sully: We're running out of time JP.
JP: That's all for tonight folks, join us
next week when no doubt "WMD" will be looking for revenge...and I
doubt they'll be at full strength as Shawn Richards looks like he
won't be pulling any stunts for a long time!
Sully: Goodnight!
