[The match had ended and The Ginga sat in the ring worn out.
Conrad Peyser sat opposite in a mess. The Ginga and Conrad exchanged
whispers but the lights went out. Something appeared on screen, a
logo, an old and familiar logo. It was Wildfire's. The words of
'Stone Cold' By Disturbed rang out as the fireworks went off and the
man came out of the titon tron. The fans cheered loudly as he stood
on the stage. He raised his hands in the air and continued down the
ramp. He got in the Ring and walked across. He climbed up the
turnbuckles and then back down again. The Ginga rolled out of the
ring and got a chair and a microphone and came back in.]
The Ginga: Woah woah woah cut the damn
music....
[The music cuts and Wildfire turns around to face Ginga. He slowly
walks over to him and they're nose to nose. The Ginga extends a hand
to Wildfire.]
The Ginga: I'd like to apologise for being
such a dick lately... such a moron...
[Wildfire placed his hand in Ginga's but The Ginga went for a
chair shot with one hand. Wildfire ducked it knowning what was going
to happen. He then snatched the microphone out of The Ginga's hands.]
Wildfire: At last I can stand in the centre
of the ring once again...
[The fans cheer as they have not seen this man in a long time.]
Wildfire: You see I ain't here to make
friends tonight...
[He sets eyes on The Ginga who is still puzzled about how he
ducked the chair so quickly.]
Wildfire: I'm here to reinstate myself in
this little federation... I'm here to make my return to the ring. I'm
here to kick some ass....
[Wildfire ran at Ginga, kicking the chair into his face. He then
picked him up and hit a DDT onto the chair. The Ginga smiled and
brang something out of his pockets. It was barbwire... He rapped it
around the chair and began to beating of The Ginga. The fans boo.
Wildfire picks the mic up again and begins to speak.]
Wildfire: I think this man is about to have
DAMN crisis....
[Wildfire ran up the turnbuckles and complete the 720 splash he
made famous in MWF the first time around. He holds his ribs and got
up smiling. He picks up the microphone again.]
Wildfire: MWF you haven't seen the last of
me!
[Wildfire's music hits as he walks up the ramp not looking back,
the camera cuts to the front of Wildfire and we see a look of sheer
anger and determination in his eyes. The fans jeering at him as The
Ginga is left a crumpled mess on the mat.]
JP: GOOD LORD! GOOD LORD! Wildfire is coming
back, I thought he'd be gone forever...
Sully:..Finally the MWF is going to have
some real talent put right back into with the injection of a
little...Wildfire!
JP: I know a lot of fans have been waiting
for this and finally they might get the chance to see Wildfire at his
finest and that's in the ring.
Sully: I doubt they'll like the man, you
remember what a bastard he was. He just showed it there, beating the
hell out of The Ginga.
JP: Still be quite a return, but as you say
the fans don't easily forget beatings like the one he just handed out
to The Ginga.
Sully: The Ginga won't be happy either,
expect some real payback when he gets round to waking up after that
seven-twenty splash.
JP: One hell of a move, I was surprised
Wildfire did that...he's usually a calm reserved character.
Sully: Don't you remember those incredible
matches he had with Sam King? The cage match for the MWF Television
Match, that was something else.
JP: The glory days they were and there is
plenty more to come tonight to remind us of those glory days, coming
up we've got Fear searching for his first MWF victory in a submission
match.
Sully: It's going to be painful to watch, I
suggest if you are a Seth Maddox fan you switch channels for a
while...
[The crowd suddenly explode in jeers as the MWF General Manager's
theme music hits the PA system and Dom Stoate makes his way onto the
entrance way.]
JP: Does he really have to come out
here...I'm sick to death of this guy.
Sully: Why because he man has a mind more
evil than Sadaam Hussain?
JP: No because of the way he treated Sean
Harley last week and the way he thinks he is still king of the world
despite his entire stable leaving him!
[Stoate would be in the middle of the ring, microphone in hand as
he looks about, maintaining a threatening and obviously annoyed
scowl. As his music draws to a close, he'd begin to speak, pacing
about.]
GM Stoate: Now before you start with any
chants, before any of you say anything, let me make something
perfectly clear. The so-called "collapse" of the Divine Intervention
was not down to poor managerial skills. In fact, it was not my fault
at all. It was all down to a lack of judgement on my good assistant,
Andy Shalhoub's part. But, everyone is entitled to a mistake, and
I'll let that pass..
[He would pause, looking about a little bit.]
GM Stoate: It was a lack of judgement of
those that were invited to join our little group. Y'see, Mr Shalhoub
thought that Sean Harley, Sozzey and Mak had what it takes to run
with the GM in this business.. Unfortunately, he was wrong, and so
after Harley's ahem, "resignation" and KRONIK's quitting, we are left
with no more Divine Intervention.
[This, obviously, rouses many cheers from the audience, many of
those within the crowd brandishing signs reading things like: 'Divine
Intervention is dead' and such. Stoate would walk about the ring,
talking in a reserved manner, seldom looking up to face the
audience.]
JP: Amen to that!
GM Stoate: But that's okay. That's alright.
I can get by, and I can get down to other things. Things that have
been troubling me for a while, and finally, I can deal with things
properly, instead of having those oafs, Sozzey and Mak around to get
in the way. Finally, I can do things properly without having that
idiot Sean Harley around to run his mouth off. Because, let's face
it, folks.. Sean Harley isn't going to be doing any running for a
long, long time after what happened to him last week.
[He chuckles to himself a bit and walks around, microphone held to
his chest. He would continue eventually.]
GM Stoate: And so, back to business. I have
been noticing, recently, that a certain member of the MWF Roster has
been going around running his mouth off, and annoying and disrupting
powerful people. That someone is none other than Insane Wayne.
[The fans roar in support as Wayne's name is mentioned and Stoate
is quick to continue.]
GM Stoate: Yeah, you can cheer all you want.
Because he is going to need all of the support he can get next week
when he is due to face a man who is truly insane!
JP: Oh no....
Sully: Yes! That's what he gets for messing
with the General Manager ! Remember when he demanded to be in that
Office match?
GM Stoate: Now, you may be wondering
what Insane Wayne has done to merit such a match being made for him..
But it's simple. Nobody insults the General Manager like he has and
gets away with it. Nobody is allowed to think that they can put the
General Manager into a match like he did. He is going to pay for his
lack of respect against an old friend.
[This is said with a smile. He'd look about before announcing.]
GM Stoate: So next week, it is going to be
Insane Wayne against Kid Insanity!
Sully: Kid Insanity!
JP: The- They were in UWF! They have a huge
lot of history!
[GM Stoate's music would hit and he'd move towards the outside of
the ring as the fans absorb the announcement.]
JP: What a match that has been booked for
next week!
Sully: I can't wait!
JP: Kid Insanity versus Insane Wayne,
singles action...these two men have some history and boy will it be
brought to the surface next week.
Sully: Not exactly what Insane Wayne wanted
going into an important MCPW match tonight, he's going to have to be
watching his back or Kid Insanity will make sure he holds an
advantage going into next week.
JP: Kid Insanity's a dangerous wrestler, but
finally we will get to see who is more insane.
Sully: My money is on Kid Insanity, the man
is a lunatic.
JP: Damn right, but in his mind Insane Wayne
has a frightening streak of violence and if unleashed he'll become a
monster like he was before.
Sully: You saying he's lost that streak of
violence? Because if you are I agree, Wayne's no longer "Insane", he
makes a mockery of the term. He's more of a middle-of-the-road
pacifist Wayne who likes to wrestle occasionaly and take piggy-backs
on Iniquity to reach the heights of the MWF.
JP: That's a bit harsh, although Wayne has
lost that edge he once had.
Sully: Kid Insanity's team mate is in action
next, Fear will be looking to finally pick up a first win in the MWF
and it's been a long time coming.
JP: Four matches and four defeats for Fear
so far.
Sully: I can hardly believe it, he's had the
worst start to an MWF career and for such a talented wrestler it
seems impossible to contemplate how he managed it.
JP: It's called Fear being an over-hyped and
under-talented wrestler, we all know he can cut a promo but you put
him in that ring and he looks old and dated compared to the rest of
the roster.
Sully: We'll see how old and dated he looks
tonight when he rips Seth Maddox's head off in this submission match,
the two men have asked for this stipulation and it's going to be an
insane match.
JP: I hope Kid Insanity and Jay T can bear
to keep themselves out of this one, or Seth Maddox is going to have
more than he bargained for.
Sully: No doubt Dom Stoate's announcement
will have brought joy to the heart of Kid Insanity, he's got the
chance to take on an old enemy and also a member of "Twisted
Vision"...expect all hell to break loose.
