Anarkist
versus
Joe Foale
Singles Match
Referee: Charles Galliant
JP: The crowd are all ready and excited for
this match here in Iowa, and its going to be a fine spectacle of
wrestling.
Sully: It's the equivalent of David versus
Goliath.
JP: Young Joe Foale takes on the experienced
Anarkist in a singles match, and surely both these men will be
looking to impress the management of their World Title
intentions.
Sully: I think Joe Foale can fell the giant
tree trunk tonight...
JP: There is a significan weight
disadvantage...
Sully: And height!
Peter Santos: This match is scheduled for one fall, making his
way to the ring first, from Toronto, Canada, weighing in at 313 lbs,
Anarkist!
[The crowd roar as "Papercut" by Linkin Park hits the PA system
and the "Unluckiest" MWF wrestler makes his way down the entrance
ramp, high fiving the fans.]
JP: Poor Anarkist, he has had so much bad
luck during his months with the MWF.
Sully: Nothing ever seems to work out for
him, not suprising really.
JP: He has the skills to win the MWF World
Title, but lady luck is the most important factor.
Peter Santos: And his opponent, from Miami, Florida and
weighing in at 203 lbs., Joe Foale!
[The crowd let off a huge chorus of boos and jeers as "Freak On A
Leash" by KoRn hits the PA system and the small frame of Joe Foale
walks onto the entrance way. He walks slowly down the ramp, sizing up
the figure of Anarkist.]
Sully: Joe Foale is going to have to be very
tactical in his approach tonight against Anarkist.
JP: Anarkist needs to just reel Foale in and
stop Foale using his speed.
Sully: This crowd really do have no respect
for such a great young man.
JP: Many believe, including myself that
Foale can go far in the MWF, but he just needs to stop doing stupid
things like hitting Anarkist over the head with chairs when they are
meant to be working together.
Sully: Joe was just acting in his best
interests.
[The bell sounds and Joe Foale has just slid into the ring,
Anarkist tightens his gloves and cracks his knuckles as his rival
Foale walks to the other side of the ring and taunts to the crowd who
jeer at the young star. Anarkist runs at Foale and takes him down
with a clothesline to the back of the head, Foale goes spinning over
the top rope and to the concrete floor on the outside.]
JP: Wow! What power there from
Anarkist.
Sully: Foale hardly had chance to put his
feet on the canvas before he went hurtling out of the ring.
[Anarkist climbs out of the ring, Charles Galliant begins the
count...1....2...Anarkist has Joe Foale and he picks up the two
hundred pound Foale and to the roar of the crowd throws him headfirst
into the ringsteps! There is a loud crunch as Foale's head cracks
against the steps...3...4...Anarkist grabs Foale's blonde hair and
tosses him back into the ring like he doesn't weigh anything.
Galliant stops the count and Anarkist nods his head in time with the
clapping and chanting of the crowd as he pauses on the ring apron.
Joe Foale holding his head drags himself to his feet and slumps
against the turnbuckle.]
JP: Foale on the back foot straight away,
Anarkist clearly outlining his intentions tonight. He wants that MWF
Title belt.
Sully: Be his first ever taste of gold in
the MWF!
[Anarkist runs at Foale who is slumped against the turnbuckle,
Foale at the last second leaps out of the way, Anarkist thunders into
the turnbuckle and recoils back off it and Foale jumps up and hits a
spinning neckbreaker on the big man, Anarkist's head jars onto the
mat and Foale covers...1...! Anarkist throws Foale off and gets
straight back to his feet, looking slightly dazed.]
JP: Foale shouldn't of gone for the cover
there, he needed to keep the momentum.
Sully: He's let Anarkist back in
now...
[Anarkist roars and grabs Joe Foale by the throat, Foale screams
and kicks Anarkist in the groin...Anarkist doubles up in pain and
Foale runs to the ropes, comes back and launches a dropkick right
into the side of Anarkist's head. The big man staggers across the
ring and Foale runs after him and leaps and executes a bulldog,
Anarkist rolls over onto his front and Foale points to the
turnbuckle.]
JP: Not a good idea...
Sully: He's going up top!
[Foale runs to the turnbuckle and climbs up, the crowd jeering him
as he positions himself on the top rope. He taunts and then launches
himself off, Foale connects with the frog splash, Anarkist's body
shudders on impact and Foale hooks the leg...1...2! Anarkist kicks
out, but looking rather weary. Foale argues with Charles Galliant who
explains to the young man that it was not a three count.]
JP: You won't get anywhere by arguing with
Charles Galliant!
Sully: But Foale has balls you have to say
that, he won't give in without a fight.
JP: He's taken his eye off Anarkist, never a
good idea!
[Anarkist has got to his feet, he rears up behind Joe Foale and
brings his arm down across the back of Foale's neck. Foale drops to
the mat and Anarkist drags Foale by his shirt and lifts him up, the
crowd roar as Anarkist looks for the chokeslam....but Foale manages
to kick Anarkist in the chest and he drops down and whips Anarkist
into the ropes. Anarkist comes back and Foale smashes him with the
Foale Pole!]
JP: Wow!
Sully: He's done it!
[Joe Foale hooks the leg and Charles Galliant counts...1...2...3!]
Peter Santos: And your winner, through pinfall, Joe Foale!
[The crowd jeer as Foale gets to his feet and his arm is raised in
truimph over the fallen Anarkist who looks very dazed and confused.
Foale taunts the crowd and goes to make his way out of the ring when
"Not Enough" by Our Lady Peace hits the PA system.]
JP: Here comes Sam King, this just gets even
better!
Sully: Ah not him, someone send him back to
where he belongs.
JP: And where does he belong?
Sully: In the pits that spawned him.
JP: This isn't Lord of the Rings!
[Sam King is on the entrance way, he stands and stares down at the
ring, his eyes fixed on Joe Foale. He then glances at the fallen
Anarkist. Foale returns the glare and two mens eyes are tansfixed on
one another, neither is budging an inch.]
JP: I wish one of them would blink!
[The scene starts to fade out as Foale and King are still locked
in each others gaze, with "Not Enough" still playing.]
Sully: We'll see you all next week,
goodnight folks!
JP: Yep, goodnight!
Sully: It'll be amazing to see what happens
next week between these two men...
JP: Is Joe Foale now really a contender for
the MWF World Title?
Sully: I'd like to think so!
JP: Find out next week if Joe Foale has a
real chance.
