"The Enervator" Steven Douglas
versus
Lee "Razor" Watson
Cage Match
Referee: Chris Forrest
Writer: David Clowes
[The cage was erect around
them, a picture of rage as the two men stared into each others eyes. The lights
came on as Douglas' music came to an abrupt end and the referee chained the cage
door shut. Razor and Douglas stood as the bell rang and the match began. They
made no hesitations and ran at each other in nothing more spectacular than an
upright brawl. Fist for first the two men threw punches at each other. Both men
turned the other cheek and matched their opponent's attempt. Razor caught
Douglas right on the nose which project blood and the fans started a 'Holy Shit'
chant.]
JP: Jesus that must've hurt!
Briggs: Lee Watson gets the advantage in this match...
John Pilkington: You spoke to soon...
[It had no effect on Douglas as he grabbed Razor by his neck and put him into a
headlock. Razor begins to wear down as Douglas turns it into a necklock onto the
centre of the ring. The crowd jeer as Douglas gets up and begins to showboat.
Razor slowly gets to his feet when Douglas greets him with a swift kick the chin
sending him back to the floor. Douglas helps him to his feet and then places him
position for a DDT and executes the move.]
JP: As much as I don't like the guy, he's one of the
reasons MWF is far more supreme to WEW.
Briggs: Shut the hell up, fat-boy!
[Douglas began to climbed the cage slowly and Watson arose to his feet. Douglas
took one swift look and smiled. He continued to high tail it up the side of the
cage and was followed by Lee Watson. Douglas stood on top of the cage as he
signalled for Razor to come up the side of the cage.]
JP: What the hell is he doing? He could have won the match
already!
[Douglas waited as Razor came to the top of the cage and the men balanced on the
edge, throwing fists. Razor's feet slipped and he was caught on the cage and
Douglas hit him silly with all he had. Douglas then went for a sly kick when
Razor caught his foot with one hand and through him off of balance. Douglas hung
from the inside of the cage as Razor got to his feet and began to stamp on one
hand of Douglas.]
JP: Look what he's got himself into...
Briggs: Did he learn that in the development territory.
[Douglas released one hand and hung for his life the other. Razor bent down and
began to taunt the MWF star and out of nowhere Douglas managed to pull Razor by
his arm and have his head under his arm. Douglas let go of the cage and pulled
Razor with him. It was a superplex from the top of the cage which resulted in
both men lying completely unconscious in the centre of the ring.]
JP Jesus Christ!
Briggs: Somebody's going to be bruised in the morning...
[Douglas came back to the real world and shook his head. He got back up and
grabbed Razor by his hair and pulled him to his feet. Douglas swung him across
the ring at the ropes and when he bounced back, he performed a very vicious
spinebuster. Douglas stood over Razor who was out of it. Douglas paced around
his opponent when out of nowhere Razor sat up smiling... Douglas then proceeded
to decree the built tension by planting his boot in the face of Razor sending
him back down.]
JP: These two men aren't here to mess around.
Briggs: You're contradicting yourself lardy... people don't mess around in the
wrestling business.
[Razor face was now seeming with blood. Both men were stained but Douglas still
had the upper-hand. Razor was picked up from the ring floor as he had been
several occasions before and then was submitted to 'The Killing Spree' by
Douglas. Douglas became even more arrogant and went for the pin when he knew
pins would not count...]
JP: He's taking this too far.
Briggs: At least I agree with you on something.
[He smirked and dragged razor to the side of the ring and pulled him up by his
head. He began to grind the WEW stars face on the mesh caging as the fans began
to cheer once again, not for Douglas but the MWF. Blood was now running
everywhere. It was slightly worrying. Steve Douglas put Razor on his shoulder
and carried him the side of the ring. They were both balanced on the centre of
the top rope. Douglas bounced and performed a very elevated and powerful
back-drop which resulted a shudder from the ring. Another 'Holy Shit' chant
began.]
JP: This has got to stop...
Briggs: Call the authorities.
[Douglas pulled down his singlet, releasing his body bare. He reached down and
widened Razor's cut. He then proceeded to mount blood on his finger and then
write the letters M W F' on his chest. The fans were in silence as Douglas
pulled Razor to his feet and produced 'To Hell and back'.]
JP:
It's well and truly over...
Briggs: Watson's been an embarrassment to the WEW!
[Douglas rose to his feet once more and walked over to the door. He proceeded to
kick it viciously until it open and jumped out. The bell rang and his music
hit.]
Peter Santos: And your winner, Steven Douglas!
Briggs: Damnit...MWF scores two victories in one
night...
JP: Yes, WEW is nothing compared to the might of the Maximum Wrestling
Federation.
[The crowd suddenly jump as "The Everlasting Gaze" by The Smashing Pumpkins
hits the PA system and the MWF CEO Edward Walker walks out onto the entrance
way. He paces around the entrance way and soaks up the cheers of the fans before
raising a microphone his lips.]
Walker: What an evening...the MWF has proved without a
doubt that it is the better company and without a doubt we will go to show this
at Conflict.
[The MWF CEO continues despite the cheers of the fans.]
Walker: At Conflict there are opponents still to be
confirmed...Evo_Cell await opponents...well here they are...
[The MWF CEO gestures at the MaxiTron which glows and crackles, before
appearing somewhere backstage in the arena. The crowd are stunned as Tempest
walks out, followed by The Hobo and Enigma. The leader of The Master Plan smiles
and walks past a poster for Conflict, he points at it and the three men laugh as
they head off down the corridor and Dynamite comes to a close.]
JP: Make sure you tune into Conflict...it's not to be
missed.
Briggs: The WEW shall triumph!
