Thunderbull
Versus
Chris Michaels.
Singles Match
Writer: Dom Stoate.
JP: Chris Michaels, fresh off a victory and now taking on the
former World Heavyweight champion, Thunder Bull.
Sully: You know what I think?
JP: What?
Sully: I think that both of these two are morons. I dont
think either of them should be main eventers.
JP: Youre talking about a previous World Heavyweight
champion, here.
Sully: So what? Hes past it. Hes old news. A has-been. A
nobody. A-
JP: We get the idea.
[By the time that we get to see either of the entrants, they
are both in the ring, Thunder Bulls music winding down as the lights begin to
build up to a steady glow for the match to be fought under. The referee makes a
check of both Thunder Bull and Chris Michaels, both of whom look intent on
winning this match.]
JP: You can see the determination on their faces. Both of
these men want to win it. They both need to win it. Thunder Bull coming fresh
off a defeat against Doomsday at Nightmare, and Chris Michaels looking to build
himself a good reputation in the MWF.
Sully: I hope neither of these two win. Its not like either
of them deserve it.
JP: Why are you so bitter? Are you still pissy about the fact
that the MWF has yet to find a female talent?
Sully: No.
JP: Then what?
Sully: None of your business
[After the referee makes the checks of the two wrestlers, he
would signal towards the ring announcer who would ring the bell, signalling the
start of the match. It is Chris Michaels that gets the upper hand first. He
would leap towards Thunder Bull as the bell rings, striking him with a shot
across the face, knocking him against the ropes, getting the audience on their
feet, cheering for the man.]
JP: A very senior wrestler taking off from the get-go, and
taking the match to Thunder Bull!
[He leans him against the ropes and pounds his fist against
his face, clubbing him hard as Thunder Bull remains trapped. He would clamber
off Thunder Bull afterwards, gesturing for him to get up. Thunder Bull takes his
sweet time getting up, getting to his feet and touching at his lip. He would
move his finger beneath his eyes, observing the small red stain on the end of it
before wiping it on his trousers. The fans begin to get very heated as the
energy between the two flows.]
JP: Thunder Bull is NOT happy about the bad start to the
match, but if Chris Michaels keeps this up, he may well be able to catch him out
again.
[Thunder Bull looks more ready this time as Michaels jumps at
him, for when he takes to the air in his dive, he would step to the side,
grabbing onto Michaels head before drilling him chest-first down onto the
canvas, before hooking his head into a sort of crippler-cross face! Michaels
screams out but, fortunately for him, he is near to the ropes and hooks a hand
onto the bottom one. However reluctant he is to do it, Thunder Bull eventually
lets go, allowing Michaels to clutch to his face, the referee observing the
damage done by the cross face. Thunder Bull backs off a bit, breathing heavily,
turning his head to the side to spit out a bit of chewing gum that goes over the
top rope and out of the ring. He would watch Michaels keenly, pacing about the
ring a little as his opponent slowly manages to pull himself up to his feet.]
JP: Both men have had the upper hand at some point in this
match.
[Michaels tries his hardest to catch Thunder Bull off guard,
springing up and nailing him in the midsection, but Thunder Bull reads the
attack and leans back a bit, making the impact not half as devastating as it
could have been. He counter attacks, grabbing onto Michaels chin and delivering
a knock out blow, knocking him back onto his back on the canvas. Michaels sits
up a little, eyes wide, his whole being stunned.]
JP: Thunder Bull is really starting to look superior in this
match up. Michaels is having difficulty getting anything over him in this.
[Thunder Bull begins to get impatient and gestures for Chris
Michaels to get up which, slowly, he does begin to. Thunder Bull does not give
him a chance to spring another surprise attack He grabs onto his throat, hauling
him to his feet before thrusting him backwards into the turnbuckle. Michaels
hits it hard and Thunder Bull charges forwards, crashing into the bigger man who
slumps backwards into a sitting position on the floor in the corner. The fans
begin to chant Thunder Bulls name as he moves casually towards the other corner
of the ring. He would lean down a little bit before dashing forwards across the
ring and hitting a huge drop kick to the face of Michaels!]
JP: Oh man! A sickening shot and that is the end of Michaels
match!
[Michaels, indeed, seems out of it for sure, sprawled in the
corner, blood running freely from his nose as he slouches there. Thunder Bull
picks himself up, barely having worked up a sweat. He would lean down towards
Michaels, nailing him in the gut before gesturing towards the audience. They
roar in appreciation of the acknowledgement and do even more so when Thunder
Bull hits the Thunder Blade! Michaels lays out flat on the mat, twitching ever
so slightly as Thunder Bull looks to put this one away.]
JP: A Thunder Blade, and this one looks to be all over now!
Sully: Thankfully.
[Michaels just lays there as Thunder Bull hauls himself up to
the top of the turnbuckle. He would turn around, looking down at Michaels before
gesturing once more to the audience and leaping off the top. He turns in the
air, hitting The Impulse onto the crippled and bleeding Michaels before turning
over and hooking the leg. The fans chant with the numbers as the referee
counts.]
[123!]
Peter Santos: Here is your winner, Thunderbull!
[Thunder Bull climbs off Michaels body, raising his arms in
celebration as he lets the referee lift his arm. There doesnt seem to be much
satisfaction on his face. The match was just business.]
JP: The grim expression on his face says it all. This match
was business. He needed to bounce back off his defeat to Doomsday and he has in
fine style.
[He walks about the ring, applauding the fans a bit himself
as he does. He does not see what they do, though. Their cheering turns to the
hard sound of jeering as EniGma slides beneath the bottom rope, wielding a
chair.]
JP: My God!
Sully: Thats it! Yes!
[Thunder Bull turns just in time to take the shot right to
the face with the chair, (not the head, the face.) and he hits the canvas.
EniGma tosses the chair to the side and begins to unload on him with heavy
stomps, gripping onto the ropes for leverage as he does.]
JP: This is wrong! What is this? This is EniGmas first
appearance at Dynamite since his title match, and he chooses to return like
this-!
Sully: What better way to get revenge! Thunder Bull put
EniGma in hospital, JP. He came back to return the favour.
[EniGma would continue to stomp on the form of Thunder Bull
who remains laid out in the corner of the ring. He would only pause to lean
down, yelling something unintelligible at him before carrying on the assault.
The bell would ring several times to indicate the end of the match several times
more in an attempt to get EniGma away from Thunder Bull, but it is no good.
EniGma would grab Thunder Bull by the hair, dragging him by it towards the
centre of the ring. He would pull the former World Heavyweight champion to his
feet before nailing him in the gut with a foot and hitting him with The Bolt
from the Blue! Thunder Bull collapses onto the canvas and an irate EniGma drops
down to his knees, talking trash and getting up in his face.]
JP: Someone stop this! This has gone too far!
Sully: No, no! This is great!
[What he is says is not picked up by the camera and he
manages to get a few more petty shots in at the fallen form before he is dragged
back by officials. He fights them briefly before giving up, screaming at Thunder
Bull as he is dragged away. Thunder Bull lays on the canvas, blood gushing from
a wound caused by the attack. EniGma is guided out of the ring, screaming
towards Thunder Bull as he does.]
JP: He is irate about not beating Thunder Bull, and it is
showing. Thunder Bull lookswell, he looks in a bad way, Sully.
Sully: Well, I say fair play to him. Thunder Bull has been
biting at the ankles of The Master Plan for far too long and it was about time
they struck back. And what better man to do it then the man that was cheated out
of the title?
JP: This was the totally wrong way to do it, and the second
of two attacks from The Master Plan this week.
Sully: They all had it coming,
particularly Thunder Bull. He has been boasting for months about how he is going
to bring The Master Plan down. And they have answered that by taking a page out
of Thunder Bulls book, and catching him when he least expected it. Fair play to
them.
