MWF Television Championship Triple Threat Match

Referee: Grant August

[After all entrants have made their way into the ring (their managers moving to the outskirts of the ring, before climbing out and settling for the best view of the match: ringside), the bell would ring, signifying the start of this match. The three would look rather hesitant to get into things, but it would be Flash that gets the first blow, striking a hand to the underside of Sean Harely's jaw, sending him tumbling backwards against the ropes.]

JP: What a shot! Flash kicking things off with a massive blow to the chin of the champion!

Sully: Cheap shot!

[Flash would then turn to Troy, knocking him down with a forearm smash. By now, Sean Harely would be standing and would run forwards again, striking the bigger man down from behind, sending him tumbling forwards into the ropes. Harely would follow up, thumping his arm into the shoulder area of him as he lays over the ropes. Eventually, however, Flash would start to stand up, glaring towards Sean Harely who slaps his arms across his back repeatedly. Eventually, Flash would grab the champion by the throat before tossing him to the side roughly. Troy would lunge towards the bigger man again, slapping an arm across Flash's back as it is turned to him. He'd then go to work on the leg of the biggest man in the ring, stomping at the back of the knee violently once, and then again. And then again.]

JP: Troy Knight stamping and stomping away at the big man. Using his smarts here and working away at Flash's leg!

Sully: That, in my book, is cheating, JP.

JP: How so?!

[While they discuss this, Flash struggles to fight Troy off who nails him from behind and sends the big man into the corner.]

Sully: There should be a limit to how much work can be done on a wrestler's body! It's not fair.

JP: It's the tactical side of the business, Sully! It's a huge part of Wrestling! You know that!

Sully: Bu-

JP: And so many of the great stars of the business use it to win matches!

Sully: That's why it should be restricted, or at least toned down.

[Troy would be working on that leg again, Harely happy to stand back and let him do it, Troy stamping at the leg of Flash, who writhes a little bit in the corner.]

JP: Sean Harely- settling to step back and let Troy wear down the biggest Wrestler in the ring for him!

Sully: That's what's so great about him, JP! He's not afraid to let others do the work!

JP: That's not a particularly wonderful quality to have, Sully.

Sully: So? It's not a popularity contest? He needs to retain his title, and at the moment, he is not the one getting his leg busted, nor is he the one tiring himself out! He's stepped back sensibly, waiting to strike when he sees fit!

JP: Well, it's true that he is in a good position, here. He has Troy doing the work and can strike when he wants to.

[Troy hooks Flash's leg around a rope before pulling the leg around it. Flash would cry out audibly as the referee steps in to break the hold. Troy would turn around, straight into a shot with the title from Sean Harely . Troy would hit the canvas, rolling under the bottom rope, the referee unaware of what had just happened as he deals with unhooking Flash's leg from the turnbuckle corner.]

Sully: That's just tactical genuis from Sean Harley there...he saw the opportunity and went for it.

JP: Nothing personal against Harley but he's just a damn cheat! Nothing but a damn cheat!

Sully: Mind the blood pressure JP.

[Despite JP's fuming Sean Harley has the cover on Troy Knight and referee Grant August turns round from unhooking Flash from the turnbuckle to see Troy covered...he counts to the anger of the fans....1....2! Troy to roars from the crowd manages to kick out.]

JP: Phew! I thought Troy was going to be screwed out of the MWF Television Championship there.

Sully: I was praying for it...Troy's more likely to screw Harley though.

JP: In what sense?

[Troy rolls away from Harley as Flash comes running at the MWF Television Champion but Harley is alert and ducks the clothesline attempt from Flash and spins round to grab Flash by the back of the head and a reverse DDT makes the ring shake on impact. Harley isn't finished, with lightning speed he drags Flash to his feet and the crowd jeer as Harley executes a suplex, sending Flash to the mat with a loud thud. Harley rolls over and hooks the leg....1.....2! Troy breaks up the count. Jamie Harley shows his frustration at ringside.]

Sully: This is turning into quite a match, neither Harley or Knight wants to give in.

JP: You get the feeling that Flash is just a pawn between two kings tonight.

[Troy Knight goes on the offensive against Sean Harley, the MWF Television Champion is struggling to fend off "Troy Boy" as he lets off a flurry of left and rights. The crowd are firmly behind Knight and roar with apporval as a tomahawk chop echos around the arena...Harley clutches his chest only for Troy to rip his hand away and smash another chop across Harley's redenning chest. "Troy Boy" has the "Phoenix" in a headlock...Harley attempts to backdrop his way out but Troy stands firm and the crowd roar as Troy leaps up and sends Harley down to the mat with a head scissors. Knight has a cradle on Sean Harley and the cover....1....2..!]

Sully: That was too close...Sean Harley's living by the skin of his teeth, I don't think Flash is going to pay anymore part in this match.

JP: He's now got Kelly Day on hand, it seems as if his leg is injured.

[Flash is in some pain as Kelly Day helps him from the ring, the crowd are on their feet applauding as the young Bobby Knight helps Flash towards the ramp. Kelly Day smiles at the young boy as he talks to Flash...who limps heavily.]

Sully: It's just Harley and Knight now...Harley will be glad that Flash has been eliminated so to speak from this contest.

JP: Bobby Knight, he's one special kid.

Sully: He shouldn't be out here, this is not the right sort of environment for such a young lad, he should be backstage watching it on a monitor.

[Bobby Knight's father is on a rampage, he sends Sean Harley into the corner and comes running after him and Harley's left seeing stars as an ear ringer connects with his head. Harley sinks into the turnbuckle and Knight brings a knee into the face of Sean Harley, followed by an agile monkey flip that has the MWF Television Champion flung head over heels. Troy Knight begins to climb the turnbuckle and the crowd know what's coming.]

JP: This could be it folks...the Rump Thump!

Sully: Please...no! We can't have Troy Knight becoming an MWF Champion of any kind!

JP: Why not?

Sully: We need ambassadors for the MWF...not some jumped up male tart.

JP: You'd never say that to his face.

[Troy Knight is on the top rope...Sean Harley is quite far away from the dashing "Troy Boy" and Bobby calls out to his dad to be careful. The crowd jeer as Grant August turns to see what the young boy is shouting about and Jamie Harley grabs the ropes and shakes them...Troy Knight loses his balance and the crowd wince as Troy slips and lands on the ropes, straddling his crotch. He screams with pain as he flops from the ropes and sprawls on the mat. Sean Harley is now slowly getting to his feet...he laughs as Troy Knight lays there holding his groinal area in severe pain.]

Sully: Ouch! That had to hurt...great thinking from Jamie Harley, he's a useful man to have at ringside, more use than a kid.

JP: Bobby was partly to blame there, Grant August thought that Bobby was in some sort of trouble and in that split second Jamie Harley turned the whole match around.

Sully: Now Harley's on top, quite literally.

[Sean Harley is sitting on Troy's chest and he brings his arm back and rams a fist into the face of Troy Knight, the crowd jeer as Harley grabs Troy's head and slams it into the canvas, he grabs Troy by the hair he has and pulls him to his feet. Troy attempts to block a punch but Sean Harley breaks through Troy's block and connects with Troy's nose, blood flows as the pressure of the punch half breaks Troy's nose. The crowd scream as Harley sets Troy up and hits The Order of the Phoenix...Troy is dropped onto his head and Sean Harley stands there laughing before covering Troy, Grant August counts....1.....2...! At the last second Troy breaks the cover and the crowd go absolutly wild.]

JP: I thought he was out, but you'll never believe it, Troy Knight just kicked out of the Order of the Phoenix.

Sully: Not many a man does that...Troy's not staying down and Harley has to stay focused, he can't get angry, stay focused Sean.

JP: The MWF Television Champion is sensing victory but you have to do a hell of a lot to beat Troy Knight these days.

[Troy slowly rises with a half broken nose...Sean Harley smirks and punches Knight in the mid-section but Knight takes the punch and out of nowhere executes the Heaven Sent...his foot smashes into the jaw of Sean Harley and the MWF Television Champion is sent hurtling backwards. Troy with the crowd going mental for him staggers to the turnbuckle. "Troy Boy" climbs to the top rope, Harley is laid out perfectly and the MWF Television Champion opens his eyes only to see Troy Knight's rear end come hurtling down onto his face...the Rump Thump connects and Bobby is leaping up and down at ringside, along with most of the crowd. Grant August counts as Troy Knight covers....1....2....3!]

Sully: Oh my God!

JP: He's done it! Troy Knight is finally the MWF Television Champion, he has the face for TV.

Sully: Not at the moment he doesn't!

Peter Santos: And your winner, through pinfall, and new MWF Television Champion, Troy Knight!

[Troy Knight is on his feet, Bobby slides into the ring and hugs his dad around the waist. Grant August takes the MWF Television Championship from Peter Santos and walks towards Troy Knight. The crowd let off a giant roar of emotion as Troy Knight takes the MWF Television Championship and holds it in the air. The camera flashes off the gold and it reflects on Troy's face, shattered nose, blood streaming down to his mouth.]

JP: He's worked so hard for that, Troy Knight's father must have the biggest smile in Illinois on his face right now.

Sully: He's nothing but a lucky son of a bitch, Sean Harley was the true MWF Television Champion.

JP: Harley's not going to be too happy about all this, he's had his title reign cut short by a brilliant display of guts and determination from Troy Knight. Twice he tried win this belt and now it is around his waist.

[The slow tones of the "Corporate Ministry" fill the arena and the lights begin to dim, the camera flashes bring brief daylight back to the arena as Troy Knight turns to face the entrance way. The word 'KRONIK' flashes on the MWF's small titantron, Knight holds Bobby close as the MWF's newest tag team walk out onto the entrance way. Sozzey and Mak slowly walk down the entrance way.]

Sully: These two young men are incredible impressive youngsters, I seriously think Insane Wayne and Iniquity should be looking over their shoulders because these two will be making waves in the MWF very soon.

JP: They look as if they're ready to make a wave right now...and that wave would be attacking Troy Knight.

Sully: Troy had better start running, or at least get the kid out of the ring.

[Bobby strays from his fathers arm and he stands shouting at Sozzey and Mak to 'JUSTZ BRINGZ ITS!!!'...the crowd laugh but Troy Knight looks worried as Sozzey and Mak break into a sprint. They charge at the ring, Troy Knight shouts for Bobby to get out of the way as Sozzey and Mak hit the ring.]

JP: Bobby!

Sully: Troy Knight should look after his kids better!

[Troy Knight runs towards Bobby as Sozzey slides under the ropes...Mak climbs the ring apron as Troy Knight runs and grabs his son by the t-shirt and hauls him out of the way of Sozzey. Bobby is sent rolling across the ring, he rolls out of the ring and hides on the outside. The crowd jeer as Troy stands and Sozzey catches him with a viscous uppercut...Knight's chin rears back and Sozzey grabs the MWF Television Champion and whips him into the ropes. As "Troy Boy" comes back he is hit with the Decapitator, a huge big boot, that busts his nose even more. Blood flows down his face as he looks up to be blinded by the arena lights.]

JP: This shouldn't be happening, someone get down here now and stop these two madmen.

Sully: They're setting about destroying Troy Knight before his MWF Television Championship reign can even begin...Sean Harley must be as happy as larry watching this.

JP: Sean Harley should be stopping these two...these two thugs!

[JP's shouts of protest are in vain as Mak slowly hauls Troy Knight to his feet...he whips Troy Knight into the ropes as Sozzey begins to run the opposite way, the crowd are screaming with anger as Troy Knight comes back off the ropes...Mak meets Troy and looks for a spinebuster and there is a huge impact as both Sozzey and Mak connect with Troy and Playtime's Ended by Kronik! Troy Knight is laying on the mat with blood streaming on his face. Kronik laugh and raise their arms truimphantly in the air before slowly making their way from the ring.]

Sully: Chaos and destruction, Kronik are going to be one hell of a team in the MWF once the time comes.

JP: They're nothing but cold hearted killers, they've beaten Troy Knight to a pulp in front of his own son...Bobby must be distraught.

Sully: The kid shouldn't be out here in the first place!

[Bobby is back in the ring and with Grant August and Peter Santos is attempting to get Troy Knight back on his feet. Sozzey and Mak are taking some serious abuse from the crowd as they walk up the entrance ramp...the camera suddenly cuts backstage.]

JP: Huh?

Sully: What the hell just happened?

[We see the action from what is happening down in the ring on a TV monitor and hear some thunderous laughter...the camera swings round to see the MWF's General Manager laughing at the monitor as Troy Knight's blood stained face is shown. Stoate glances at the camera.]

Stoate: Unleashed...

[With that one word Stoate turns and walks away as the camera cuts back to the arena where the crowd look confused.]

JP: What was Dom Stoate on about?

Sullly: How am I meant to know?

JP: I just thought you might have an idea...how can he be laughing after what just happened to poor Troy Knight.

Sully: Troy Knight's been asking for a beating like that ever since he joined the MWF and he got it right there and then.
