[The camera spins around the hall as we come back to the MWF award
ceremony and Walker applauds the tables of wrestlers as they take
their seats.]
JP: We've still got one more award to be
given out and it's a really important one.
Sully: Last year Iniquity walked away with
this award and now look where he is, nowhere.
JP: But he did well in what time he had. The
MWF Future Star Award is an important one, it helps to pick out who
will be big in the coming year.
Sully: My money is on Father John
Ramsey.
[The MWF CEO coughs to signal he's about to speak and the tables
fall silent, Walker takes the Future Star Award in his hand and
speaks.]
Walker: We felt is was only right to finish
the awards ceremony by looking, to the future. 2005 will be a great
year for the MWF, I can feel it. We've got two years behind us now,
one hundred editions of Dynamite, over ten Pay - Per - Views and now
we're going to build on it. And this award recognises who we hope
will be there for us to build that future around. Would you please
welcome to present this award, a real MWF legendAnarkist!
[Anarkist steps out from the entrance underneath the MWF banner
that has now moved back to cover the plasma screen. He shakes hands
with Walker and then the two men throw their arms around each other
and finish hugging. Anarkist leans down to the stand and places a
strong arm on it.]
Anarkist: It's great to see so many familiar
faces, but also a lot of fresh ones. The MSW has opened and we'll be
breeding a new style of Maximum wrestler. But for the time being
there will be one man that 2005 will be built around. This man will
no doubt be a champion and a leader. It's a close call this award as
the standard of wrestlers coming through has improved no end since
2003 and I was the king of the MWF castle. The man who will walk away
with this award has had a blistering start to his career in the MWF,
he's won the MWF World Heavyweight Championship and instead of
believing this to be the pinnacle of his career he will strive even
further.
[Murmurs are going round the tables, the camera looks at Father
John Ramsey who looks a little annoyed at what he's hearing.]
Anarkist: Please, put your hands together,
for the MWF's Future Star Award winner, Thunder Bull!
[The tables applaud as Thunder Bull gets up for a second time in
one night and makes his way to the front. He grabs the award from
Walker's hand and shakes hands once more the MWF CEO.]
Thunder Bull: This is amazing, thank you so
much. It's been a really great 2004 for me, and winning this just
shows that 2005 is going to be even better. I'd like to thank Troy
Knight and Doomsday for believing a fresh faced rookie like me could
really cut it against them, especially Doomsday who's work in the
three series of hell has made all the difference. I'd like to wish
you all the best in 2005, and may the MWF be better than ever!
[The camera zooms out as the assembled throng of stars,
celebrities and other names in wrestling who applaud the words of the
MWF's Future Star Award winner. The camera fades out from the
ceremony.]
