The lord of the rings was rilly based on the hadships of world war II . Jrr.Tolkein wrote the book wile the war was going on.The book is about the Dark lord Sauron and the ring he forged in Mordor . The book is supposed to take place in midevil times somewere in Europe.Bilbo Baggins pickes up the ring in Golloms cave and hides it in his pocket. He then accomplishes his mission with Gandalf a wizard and some Dwarfs.60 years later he gets caught by Gandalf and the ring goes to Frodo,who is supposed to take it and destroy it in Mordor with Samwise Gamgi his gardener.They make their journey with lots of hardships and a lot of losses.They set off with legolas of the woodlen relm,Gimli , son of Gloin, and Aragorn son of Arathorn,also Boromir son of Denathor and Gandalf the Gray. But on their way boromir is killed by a uruk-ki leader at Amon Hen.they get splitted up and Frodo and Sam continue their journey to Mordor, and Aragorn, Gimili, and Legolas make their way to Rohan and fight the battle of Helms deep with the kingdom of Rohan.They win the war against Saruman the wites uruk-ki army.Then Frodo and Sam make it to Mordor, meet the giant spider Shelob . They fight their way to Mount doom and the ring is destroyed. |
