TUESDAY, JUNE 10th
---Its tempting to complain about life, but I'm better of posting Today's Bass-Lick.
G---------7-6-5--------7-5-9-
D----5-h7---------5-h7-------
A--7------------7------------
E----------------------------
Okay, I'm going to admit that this one isn't even all that exciting. However, its flexible enough to be molded into lots of different styles. Its got rythm suitable for a Latin feel, but its quirky enough to mesh right into any alternative rock line.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 4th
---SUCKS!
The irony is sickening.
---As a young man with aspirations I hope to go to school, get a job, and retire in luxury. Of course this education won't be coming for free, so I need to get a job in order to pay for it. But, to get a job, employers are looking for someone who will stick around. So, in order to go to school i need to get a job, but I can't get a job because I plan to go to school. . . explain that one!

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 3rd
---St. John's Wort, smells aweful, but makes the day go a lot smoother.
I've always wondered what the big kick about 'natural remedies' was, but i'm starting to get the picture. The stuff really does work to a certain degree. While it may not actually improve your life of make things any better, you do however seem to be able to put it all behind you. Kind of like sweeping all the dirt under the rug, or telling your girlfriend you really do like 'just cuddling'. . . Wait, I take that last one back. Anyway, wish me luck on my Herbal Trip, and hope that it doesn't involve a long fall at the end.
.
MONDAY, JUNE 2nd
---Of course Abstract Thought did their thing, and did it well. For those of you who don't know; they're predominantly a rock band. However, in order to fit in at a blues bar, they've got to play bluesy stuff. It's a shame though, 'cause their original stuff is awesome. As soon as I can, I'll be trying to swipe some of their music so ya'll can hear it.
Oh and an UPDATE!
---From now on I will have all of my older Journal entries on a seperate page, just to make sure things dont' get too crowded. Follow the link below if you're interested.

SATURDAY, MAY 31st
---The verdict is in, The MAHP still rocks! And I've managed to procure one of their rare Demo CDs! The band wasn't the only cool thing though, the Kaz Bar was stunning. Not what you normaly think of when it comes to bars. It was full of strange 'Central American-ish' art, red walls, big comfy chairs, and an insanely overpriced menu. Overall it was a good Chicago Experience. (even the homeless people were nice) The evening was rounded out by Adina speeding 67 through a 45 Zone, and a very friendly police officer. He let her off due to a very small bottle of ketchup. (I SWEAR)
---My next adventure...Seeing 'Abstract Thought' play in Racine on Sunday night. You know you want to be there. Just let me know if you're interested.

THURSDAY, MAY 29th
---For the few of you who may have been paying attention. The old web-page hardly lasted a week. But I should have known better, there was no way I could ever last in a text-based environment. So, here goes my latest attempt at internet stardom. (And, personaly, I like the way this format looks so far.)
---I don't know exactly how many people I've recruited so far. But, I'm really looking forward to seeing Brad's band play tomorrow night. Its always neat to see how people my age aren't just kids anymore. For more information on the band, check out www.MAHPProject.com
