Since the December of ’99, the project Danny Piert (vocals), Marcus Hennig (guitar), Ben Pix (guitar), Pete Wood (bass), and Jared Brown (drums) have been steadily impressing their own eclectic blend of crowd. And as their dedicated fan base shows a colourful variety of characters and crowds with no real adjunct, so their music defies solid descriptions and binding generic labels. It is all styles and no styles ­ it is creating styles. Heavy, melodic and emotive rock/metal its passion seeps inside you and forges an unforgettable place in your heart.

The Kill Choir Project has members from many influences. They each have their own prior experiences to bring to the band Punk, Rock, Hardcore and even Classical training are effectively blended and branded with the unique Kill Choir feel, and this can be felt in their strong song writing ability. Onstage they each bring their own character and passion to create an energetic, entertaining and unforgettable show.
The Kill Choir Project has affected many people at many places including The Clipsal 500, Adelaide Uni O-ball, Adelaide Big Day Out (2002) and played with bands such as 59 times the pain, Grade, No Fun at All, Shutdown, One King Down, Blueline Medic, Mindsnare, Somerset, One Dollar Short, Good Clean Fun, and Embodiment 1214. A hard working band committed to touring, they have also completed several successful tours of Sydney and Melbourne.

The Kill Choir Project have recently recorded a pacifier for their rabid fans. Recorded at Soundhouse studios and produced by Darren Thompson (Thinktank), also recently mastered at Crystal Studios, these tracks rip through the system and into your heart as effectively as their live shows. This CD is addiction, simultaneously created and abated.
