Rain 7/9/01 The rain falls light but steadfast, Unyielding yet strangely gentle. Each drop stings with cold shock, But refreshes my parched skin. The thunder calls out a warning, Craking through the dazing air. Lightning crackles through the sky, Bueatiful and threatening together. The wind blows, pulling sheets of rain, Making the trees dance with delight and fear. I stand silent witness to nature's beauty, Still in this perpetual moment of change.
