His Spirit shines with a piercing light

As raised arms cry out for a symphony.

Sparks of energy crackle through the air,

energizing hands, arms, and fingers to obey.

A deep breath, and suddenly music is alive!

Ebbing, flowing, pounding

Filling the room, filling the souls of all who listen.

Thinking stops.  Only feelings can remain.

Sorrow, joy, anguish, peace, and love burst forth,

radiating waves of energy.

Human spirits everywhere respond to the liberated energy.

A lonely stranger on the street suddenly feels hope.

Mankind is raised up because one person had the courage to climb up on a podium and expose his soul.
