MAUI OCEAN VIEW HOME & COTTAGE

This Wailea Estate is completely fenced and gated, perched high on the hill in Maui Meadows. The upper floor of the main house boast many extras. Every appliance is new, and so are the ceiling fans, big screen TV, VCR, CD player and stereo.� There are extra TV's that can be set up in any room in the house which all have cable. Every room has wide 74-inch wide�windows and high vaulted, white cedar ceilings. The outside deck has ocean views and wraps around for over 90 feet of the upper floor. This is a great spot to sit and watch the whales, or the boats on their way to Molokini, the sunsets or just listen� to the trade winds whistle through the palms. There are no streetlights so light pollution is minimal. Some guests choose to� sleep out on the lanai under the gorgeous Hawaiian night sky. The upper floor has three bedrooms and two baths as well as� three pullout sofas in the living room. Additional space is available by renting the downstairs Ohana. This suite has its own  kitchen, full bath, two more stereos, two TV's, its own entrance and sleeps four. There is plenty of parking under the house or out in front.

A new large Jacuzzi has been installed in the gazebo that sits privately among Banyon, Fern, Monkey Pod and Coconut trees. This quiet area is the perfect place to watch those great Hawaiian Sunsets. There is plenty of lawn furniture, two barbecues, one gas and one charcoal, picnic table, and even a hammock to dream in while surrounded by a jungle of exotic tropical foliage.

The cottage is located away from the main house and has its own parking. There is a front and back yard with lawn furniture and short access to the Jacuzzi and barbecue area. All the ceilings are vaulted.� It has a full kitchen with icemaker, dishwasher and its own laundry. It is a one bedroom, one bath cottage but a second room can be converted into another private bedroom. There is also a pullout sofa in the living room. Like the main house it has big screen TV, VCR, Stereo. The entire estate is fenced and gated and less than a mile from the world famous Keawakapu Beach of Wailea. The resorts of Wailea are only a few minutes away including the popular Wailea Golf Course. Turtle town, Makapu Beach and Makena Golf & Tennis club are a very short drive.

All three rental units are non-smoking. Temperatures range from the high 60's at night to the mid 80's during the day depending upon the season.
