WARD OF MERCY
The Ward of Mercy is a potent prestige class, a chosen disciple of Angelique, the God of Humanity and mercy. These characters are the champions of the cause of good and are divinely gifted in the arts of healing magic and are taught powerful sacred hymns laden with divine presence. They seek out suffering and despair in all their forms in the far corners of the world and banish them.

Requirements
To qualify to be a Ward of Mercy, a character must fulfill the following criteria.
Skills: Heal +10, Knowledge (religion) +5
Spellcasting: Must be able to cast divine spells of 4th level
Special: Must be a worshiper of Angelique

Class Skills
The Ward of Marcy has the following class skills:
Concentration (Con), Craft (Int), Diplomacy (Chr), Handle Animal (Cha), Heal (Wis), Knowledge (religion) (Int), Perform (Chr), and Profession (Wis)
Skill Points: 4 + Int modifier

Class Features
Weapons and Armor Proficiency: The ward of mercy gains no additional weapon proficiencies but gains proficiency in all types of armor and shields (except tower shields.
Protection Domain: At first level the Ward of Mercy gains access to the Protection domain as a bonus domain. If the character already has chosen this domain they may chose another domain from their deity's list
Divine Grace(Su): At first level the Ward of Mercy may apply her charisma modifier (if positive) as a bonus to her saving throws.
Spontaneous casting Break Enchantment(Sp): At second level the Ward of Mercy may lose a prepared level five spell to spontaneously cast Raise Dead.
Spontaneous casting Heal (Su): At fourth level the Ward of Mercy may lose a prepared level six spell to spontaneously cast Heal.
Spontaneous casting Regenerate(Su): At sixth level the Ward of Mercy may lose a prepared level seven spell to spontaneously cast Regenerate.
Spontaneous casting Holy Aura (Su): At eighth level the Ward of Mercy may lose a prepared level eight spell to spontaneously cast Resurection.
Spontaneous casting Mass Heal (Su): At tenth level the Ward of Mercy may lose a prepared level nine spell to spontaneously cast Mass Heal.
Chant Of Grace(Su): At third level the Ward of Mercy may initiate a low chant calling the power of Angelique to protect her comrades. Any allied creatures within ten feet of the cleric gain a saving throw Bonus equal to the Ward of Mercy's charisma Modifier. This effect is not cumulative with the divine grace special ability.
Chant Of Mercy (Su): At fifth level the Ward of Mercy may initiate a potent chant calling the power of Angelique to shelter her comrades from Fire, ice, lightning and nearly anything else. Any allied creatures within ten feet of the cleric gain a fire, cold, electrical, sonic and acid resistance bonus equal to the Ward of Mercy's charisma modifier.
Chant Of Guardianship (Su): At seventh level the Ward of Mercy may initiate a melodic chant calling the power of Angelique to safeguard her comrades from physical attacks. Any allied creatures within ten feet of the cleric gain a deflection bonus equal to the Ward of Mercy's charisma Modifier.
Chant Of Providence(Su): At ninth level the Ward of Mercy may initiate a high chant calling the power of Angelique to ward her comrades from death itself. When initiating this chant the Ward of Mercy makes a single perform check. If the character lacks perform skill she may make a charisma check instead. All allied creatures within ten feet of the cleric gain a temporary hit points equal to the result of this check. These bonus hit points last for one hour after the end of the chant. This chant may only be initiated once per day.
While chanting the Ward of Mercy may perform no other actions save moving at half speed. Unless noted otherwise the Ward of Mercy may benefit equally from the effects of each chant. A Ward of Mercy may maintain the effects of any chant while initiating new ones each round. Allied characters entering the area of a chant after its initiation begin to receive the bonus all chants in effect. However characters may only receive the benefit of the chant of providence once per day even if they leave the area of effect and re-enter.
