Infrared Pavement Repair

 

Infrared pavement repair is a method by which we reheat asphalt pavement in place to its original installation temperature. When this is done we are able to rework the asphalt adding emulsified rejuvenators to renew the pavement. We then remove high, low or cracked areas from asphalt lots and walks.

This method takes care of problem areas without the need for saws, jackhammers, and excavation equipment. We have found that around catch basins and manholes we can use the infrared to reseal the asphalt at the surface and stop water damage to the structure below.
