| About four years ago, I had a very serious back injury resulting in (2) titanium rods being placed in my lower back. I also had several spinal fusions during this process. The thought of ever working out in a gym again was only a dream. But by the faith of a great doctor named IStanley Porter, he gave me the strength and courage to believe that I could do what ever I did before my accident if only I put my mind to it. Today I work out at least 4 times a week and I recently won a Golds Gym 12 week competition for being the most lean in my category. I really believe with faith and a positive determination, you can do anything you put your mind to. I used to be a dreamer, and now I am a believer. Having this back injury has only changed my life for the better. I never thought 4 years ago, I would be talking about all of the good things that have come out of this one bad, unfortunate incident. I have recently accepted an invitation from Ron Loyd at Body Image Productions, to do a photoshoot for some upcomming magazines. I am looking very forward to this new venture in my life. Working out, eating healthy, and a positive attitude can do wonders to ones' soul and mind. |

| Today is July 4th, and I woke up and decided to take a browse at muscleservice, and found myself in third place. Much to my surprise, I have to thank you guys out there for all of your votes and support. Talk about having your cake and eating it too, all my hard work and positive attitude is really paying off for me. In three weeks I go on a MAJOR photoshoot, and this has been a dream come true! You can see some of the results from my photoshoot in this November/December issue of 2 magazine. They also have a website at 2Mag.net . I am in the magazine using my name Matt. I would love to hear your comments. Winning First place on the muscle service station is an opportunity that I never thought would happen or even think that I would make it there. I am also flatterred with all the email from BigMuscle Website! Most of all, I would like to thank everyone for the numerous kind emails. It is a great feeling to hear that I inspired someone else out there to get through some tough times.
