| My Inspirational Teachers | ||||||||||||||||||||||

| ����������� Have you ever had a teacher who is always looking out for your best interest? Have you ever had a teacher who is always giving you nice advice? Or have you ever had a teacher who makes you want to come to school everyday? Well I have two wonderful teachers who have inspired me to strive for my goals. Teachers like these should be inspirational leaders to all students.� Here are a couple of reasons why I say they are an inspiration to me. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| ����������� My English 109 teacher, has truly inspired me this semester.� The first week of class I thought that I was going to drop out of school.� Why?� He gave us an analysis paper and wanted us to figure out what those sentences mean.� He must have thought that every student was fresh out of high school, but I was not.� The assignment that he gave us was something that I had never seen before.� Being from another state and out of high school for 12 years can really be difficult.� I felt so dumb I just wanted to go home and never go back to class.� When I went home, I emailed him and let him know how I felt about the situation.� He emailed me back and said, "Don't worry about this assignment. This is only to see what you know and where you are at."� He also told me, "Do not drop out of school and I will see you in class tomorrow." | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| ����������� Another inspiration about my English teacher is that he always writes some inspiring words when I turn in my journals.� What I mean is that we do journals in English 1109 class and every time I hand in my journals he always writes me something to lift me up.� One of the things that I wrote in my journal was, "I am the driver in my life, and not the passenger." He wrote it on the board. I thought that was so sweet. It really touched my heart just walking into the class room and seeing that on the board. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| ����������� And finally, He had us to write our goals on an index card and he made a copy of it.� When we came to class the next day he passed out papers with our goals on them and had us to place them on the wall.� I called it the wall of fame.� Once I entered the class room my face just lit up the room; just seeing my goals on the wall really encouraged me to focus and strive for my success. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| ����������� My English 01 teacher has truly inspired me also. He� is an odd and very unique teacher.� He is the kind of English teacher that every student should have.� Being in his class this semester has really helped me a lot.� He might be a mess, but he is an inspirational teacher.� For instance, he always gives us helpful suggestions on our papers.� He is always there to help us when ever we are in need even before class or doing class he makes himself available.� I never thought that I would be able to write any type of paper, but Mr. Weiser has truly helped me with my writing skills.� I am going to miss the words of encouragement he gives me and the nice words he writes on my papers.� I am glad that I was able to be in his class this semester.� | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| ����������������������� Having two inspirational teachers this semester has been amazing.� Both of them really need to be awarded teacher of the year.� Just putting up with me is truly something else.� But having them both this semester has change my way of learning.� The nice words of encouragement and the wonderful things I have learned I applied it to my everyday life. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
