My name is Matthew Prentice and i come from Peterborough. Iam 15 years of age and i play snooker around the country. I have been playing snooker since the age of 2 and i kept on nagging my dad to take me to the local snooker hall until we moved house and bought a full size snooker table when i was 8. |

I play snooker in all different counties across England and my main tournaments are at Rushden, Huntingdon and Leicester. At the moment the Rushden tounament is finished beings this is the end of the season but there are 3 more events at the Huntingdon 147 snooker centre. I sometimes play at the court in Peterborough, when there are no tournaments on saturdays. My highest practice break is 136 and my highest competition break is 65. At the moment i only have one honour to my name which is the under 16's plate at Rushden. |

My mum and my dad help me a lot by taking me to all of my tournaments and paying lots of money to enable me to participate in the tournaments that i play in. |
