I'm leaving the date off this poem, as well as not introducing it.

I HATE YOU

I hate you.
A word strong,
and true.
Get behind me,
so I may be free.

I hate you.
Someone I don't know.
Secrets that didn't show.
Lies, deceit, and anger.
Somehow those years are a blur.

I hate you,
and now things make sence.
The games you play,
hurt so many along the way.
hidden by your clever fence.

I hate you,
but I won't waste my time.
not yours or mine.
I must've been blind.
you are who?

I hate you,
I tried...and cried.
Cause I thought you cared.
Others said things weren't true.
But I was scared.

I hate you.
But I don't know who YOU is.
So go away.
Like soda loses fizz.
And away, you will stay.

I hate you, whoever you are.
I hate....someone.
I've forgotten why.
Memories gone afar.
Now it's over, done.
I've said goodbye.
