Oxeye Daisy
Chrysanthemum leucanthemum
This uniquitous flower is not a native North American wildflower.  Introduced from Europe, it has found a home in fields and disturbed areas throughout the Midwest.  The "day's eye" is disliked by farmers because it can produce an unwanted flavor in milk if eaten by cattle.
