Customer Support
Live Chat Support, Paging, SMS messaging
This section could contain gateways for a user to obtain instant support (except for the
telephone). The easiest of these to implement would be Live Chat support where users and support
staff could type questions and responses in 'real time'. Also an SMS messaging gateway would be
very useful, but it may involve Ella Associates having to buy some kind of access to the system
(free access to Internet to SMS messaging does exist, but it is limited, and becoming more so)
Email Support
Links to support email addresses and also a WebMail system, to allow users to send (and receive?)
mail from their web browser
