   This file has some instructions about how to use the 'Wiki' system
   which is on this pages.

   Go to the page in your browser. To edit the page, scroll to the bottom
   of the page where there is a text box. Make your changed in the text
   box and click on the button.

   There are a variety of tricks you can use to make the HTML appear different

   The first line which begins with one equals sign is the page title

   [~] Makes the table of contents into 'capital case' (that is, first 
      letter capitalized all the rest lower case
