| The NRA is currently pushing Congress to let the Assualt Weapons Ban of 1994 expire. The Assault Weapons Ban does not infringe on hunters, or persons looking to protect themselves in their own homes. The legislation bans automatic weapons that are capable of shooting 12 bullets every two seconds. These weapons are used for one legitmate purpose, and that is crime, I do not understand why the NRA would support killing the ban. | |||||||
