Lounge/dining area, kitchen, downstairs bathroom with shower over bath, basin and toilet, two bedrooms - one double (plus single), one twin.
Electric wall mounted heaters, wood-burner in lounge, colour TV, CD radio stereo, microwave, and recently a washing machine.
Outside of the cottage is a grass, and gravelled area, where you can relax, or have a barbeque. Patio furniture is provided plus a garden seat. It is also possible to have access to the owner's garden where there are toys and swings for children, a tennis lawn and you can admire or talk to the animals - ponies, rabbits, ducks, geese or pigs!
We all don't like leaving our beloved pets at home when we go on holiday, so you are welcome to bring yours, although there is only really space for ONE average size pet, which should be kept under control, due to farm animals, when outside of the cottage's garden.
We can supply cots (without bedding) and highchairs. The cottage will easily serve five children/adults, and one baby, but can be rearranged if there are more babies, but less grown-ups. This should be stated on the booking form.
The owner is also a registered child minder, so if you wish to go out during an evening, then they will be taken care of. However please state the likelihood of this on the booking form.
The cottage is supplied with one basket full of wood, any additional ones can be purchased on request. The electricity is supplied by a one pound coin meter.
