Character
Bio - Sgt. BA Baracus (Mr. T)
The B.A. stands for Bad Attitude,
a nickname B.A. earned while in Vietnam; he had trouble controlling his
temper and had a tendency to settle his frustrations with his fists. B.A.
is the mechanic of the A-Team with a special skill for creating combat
vehicles and makeshift weapons. Despite his gruff demeanor and fearsome
appearance, B.A. loves milk, possesses an abiding sensitivity, and shows
marked tenderness toward children. He's also deathly afraid of heights.
This is frequently a problem when getting on a plane piloted by "Howling
Mad" Murdock, whom B.A. is routinely on the verge of throttling anyway.
As a result, other members are often forced to drug him before flights. |

Quick Bio
Mr. T (formely known as Laurence Tureaud) credits his mother and her strong influence for keeping him out of trouble when he was growing up in the dangerous Chicago housing projects. "I'm nothin' but a big 48 year old mama's boy. And I tell 'em, that's a problem in society. We don't have enough mama's boys," he recently said to EW.com. A high school wrestling champion and star football player, Mr. T attended Prarie View A & M University in Texas on an athletic scholorship but left after one year. He moved to Hollywood and became a bodyguard for film stars including Sylvester Stallone, Muhammad Ali, and Diana Ross. Stallone gave him his first big break in 1982 in the TV special "The World's Toughest Bouncer" on the show Games People Play. Following this show, Stallone casted him as Clubber Lang in Rocky III. The A-Team and D.C. Cab followed. With his many TV roles, mohawk, and trademark quote "I pity the fool!", Mr. T became a household name. He dropped off the proverbial map when he was diagnosed with cancer in 1995. He beat the cancer by 2001 and returned to acting on TV and in films. He has three children: Lisa, 29; Erika, 21; and T Junior, 14.
