It has been pointed out to me that some might consider this a form of cheating, that it could give a unfair advantage to a pilot , all other things being equal, over another pilot without it. I can't refute this beyond the fact that in order for this to be true, that pilot would first need to know how to fly to begin with, ;). Personally, I find it to be a distraction in the world of multiplayer, and find I've flown with the stock hud so long that I still use it online. To each his own. I've included remarks in the default_panel.cfg to stimulate others to explore the possibilities of further experimentation. This is released as public domain up to the rights of Microsoft Corperation and the original gauge designers who's copyrights take presedence over all else. The ultimate goal behind this endevour is to get other's to see how easy .gau manipulation and placement really is and to maybe get other's to try their hand at panel building.
