The Moot Court is the section of Eldorado where all my law-related stuff are kept. What is a Moot Court, you may ask. Well, it is actually a place where law students practice their moots :-) Okay okay, don't give me that dagger look. A moot court is actually a place which is modelled like a real court, and students go there to practice their courtroom skills. The Court Documents: Well, this section contains what exam notes that I have made in preparation for the exams. Hardly one topic is completed, and I am providing them on an as-is basis, so help yourself. Note, however, that by downloading the notes, you agreed to my terms and conditions which are stated in the first page of the section. Lawyer Jokes: They must have been around as long as lawyers have existed. Anyway, this is my collection of lawyer jokes, sent mainly by my friends from other faculties. Go ahead and take your pick to laugh at! Law Links: These are some useful sites that I came across as I did my online research for some assignments (just try getting relevant textbooks from the Law Library when an assignment is due!). They include links to the online archive of case reports from the UK House of Lords, the European Court of Human Rights and the Canadian Supreme Court. |
