Allow me to help you introduce change to members in your church in a manner that is not threatening to them.  The workshops and/or seminars that I will bring to your church will utilize your church members, and I will serve as a facilitator.  The pastor will play an important role in these seminars, because it will be his vision for the church that will be the driving force for the change. 

These seminars will plant a seed within your congregation.  Long after the seminar/workshop is over, I will be available to you for follow-up concerning any issue introduced during the seminar/workshop.

These workshops/seminars will be Bible based, Bible driven, and most definitely they will parallel God’s Word.
