To everyone's chagrin, Dick Murdoch, Barry's tag team partner, has substituted for Barry's opponent. Barry has been dominating the veteran with arm bars. Murdoch is tired of being punished by this upstart, prima donna, "Rookie of The Year," over grown, golden boy, pretty boy rookie. The breaks on the ropes have been clean so far, but Murdoch has had enough. No more Mr Nice Guy. This celebrated rookie needs to be taught some humility. Murdoch has wrapped the rookie's arm around the ring ropes to prevent him from defending himself.

Now it is time for the betrayal. Dick Murdoch hits the rookie on the ropes with an elbow smash to the shoulder. How do you like that Mr. "NWA Rookie of The Year?"

Murdoch decides to work on the boy's shoulder to really teach him about pain.
