  Synopsis
Shortly after Andy gives Opie a lecture on not breaking a promise, Opie befriends an eight-year-old runaway boy and promises not to tell on him.   When Andy learns that the boy is a runaway, he has to use some child psychology to persuade the boy to return home.

In this episode, Barney is said to own a car, creating an inconsistency with the storyline of episode 90, "Barney's First Car."
