| 1. Learn kickflips and backside 180 ollies first, then combine the two. 2. Put your feet where they are comfortable. Your front foot should be in approximately the same place as it would be for a regular kickflip. 3. Crouch and ollie while turning backside 180. Begin the kickflip action. 4. You want to flip the board so it stays level -- you don't want it flipping straight up and down. Do this by kicking your front foot out and down. 5. Your board doesn't have to turn a full 180 right from the start. If you've got kickflips figured out, you can catch it at 90 and turn it the rest of the way with your feet. 6. Roll away psyched and backward. |
