Truly one of the greatest and most influencial rock bands of all time, AC/DC helped to create the heavy metal of the 80's. Their wild, Austrailian attitude made them unique in a decade full of disco. Any one who has ever heard one of their songs can instantly recognize the band's screeching vocals and wild dress. These factors, along with a catchy rythm and above average guitar playing have helped to establish AC/DC as a mainstay of heavy metal. The band has gone through multiple member changes and other problems to become one of the few bands to last till the present (others include: KISS, Judas Priest, and Black Sabbath)
