Hackers need proxies... This is how they hack into websites without getting caught... A proxy is just an IP address that a hacker takes over to do his (or her) nastiness. But, it looks like the owner of the IP address is the bad guy!. You probably get pinged ten times an hour by hackers searching for a usable Ip address, LIKE YOURS. And, with all of the pop-up ads you get on top of that, your internet connection is used more by people you don't want to use it, than by YOU!!! This will let you report the offenders to everyone on their IP hub!
