| The most well known enemy of them all! These litte turtles may look cute and harmless, but don't take them easily! When you jump on them, they go into thier shell and if you jump again then, it will start moving! This has costed many lives in lots of games! Sometimes other Koopas will come out and you can get them then! They can come in lots of colours! |

| SMW Koopa's |
| These Koopa's in SMW give Yoshi special powers if eaten. Blue will give Yoshi the ability to fly for a short while. Yellow will let Yoshi do an earthquake when jumping. The Red ones let Yoshi spit out fire. The Green ones are just normal ones. |

| Para Koopa |

| Para Koopa's are evolved Koopas. They grew wings and can fly. Some of the newer ones only jumps up and down because they aren't fully used to their wings yet. All colours of Koopa Troopas can be Para Koopas |
| Super Koopa |
 |
| These Koopas also can fly but much better. They can fly up, down, sideways and almost every other way. If Mario jumps on a green one, it dies. But if he jumps on a flashing one, he gets a feather. They are only found in Super Mario World. |

| Hammer Brothers |
| The Hammer Bros are one of the toughest Koopas around. They'll throw hammers at you from a distance and the higher version of them, Sledge Brothers, will throw bigger hammers, and when they jump, you'll be paralized if you're on the ground. There are also Fire brothers, and Boomerang Brothers. |

| Magikoopa |
| And now for one of my favourite henchmen, Magikoopa! Magikoopas are very powerful in magic! They'll attack you until you get too close and then they'll dissaper until you get away. Kamek and Kammy Koopa are both Magikoopas |

| Lakitu |
| Boy, these guys are a pain in the arse! Dad always uses them but I still hate em! They'll surprise you from above and throw Spiny eggs at you! Then once they touch the ground, Spinys will start walking! That's why dad uses them alot. It's hard to get them. In fact you can only get them if you are at a high point! Why do i hate them if it puts the hurt on Mario? Well, whenever I go out, they play jokes on Lemmy and I, and drop things on us. They don't seem to do that to anyone else. |
| Dark Koopa |
| The newest Koopa. They have more power then normal Koopas and can make their oppents dizzy by spinning thier shells. They have purple shells. You can only find them the sewers. |
| Electro Koopa |
| These guys are found at the amusement park on Delfino Island. the blue ones will shoot their shell at you to try and shoot youm leaving them open for attack. The red ones hand on gates, waiting for you to climb on the other side of them so they can attack. |
