Jubei Fay Chen follower of the Howl of the Devil Tiger






Background: He was born in the slums of Korea in a flop house with 6 brothers and 4 sisters. He was one of the middle children and much heartaches and headaches fell on his little shoulders. He was constantly getting beat for something his siblings did his dad was very abusive towards him. Always getting beat and worked he learned to hate authority. So when he reached the age of 14 he ran away after beating up several of his brothers and sisters for revenage. He found that life on the streets was even harder. Again he was over worked and beaten by thugs, cops, and employers. He was once sold into slavery and was forced to be way over worked and was also used in the couples S&M fanaties. Then he snapped and killed them both and ran. Covered in blood he fled back to his old home. He asked his father for forgivness only to be beaten within a inch of his life. So when he was able he killed his father and the rest of his family in the most horrible ways he could think of. On his way out his father who Jubei had left to die slowly rose up with his last bit of strength and stabbed him in the back of the neck breaking both his spine and his jugular. Jubei bleed to death as his soul was thrown into the Yomi.

Jubei through out his life was beaten and tortured. The Yomi wasnt much different. Jubei screamed with pain and ecstay as he was tortured. He yelled with rage and pleasure to shake the spirits of the Yomi with his might. Then he was sent screaming back into his body he awoke in a pit full of dead bodies of the poor. He began his new life digging his way through both fresh and long dead bodies. He feasted on their flesh to sate his hunger.

He was found and scooped up by his new tutor who showed him the way thru what Jubei new best pain. He spent many many painfully nights with his mistress learning what it is to be a vampire. Made to recite the 8 tenets nightly and if he faulters he would feel the whip. Being trained and being turtored all went hand and hand with Jubei. Jubei was raised with pain and suffering he died suffering and he suffered in the Yomi. Jubei knows pleasure and pain of all the samething and he thirsts for them. He will be the devil of what he was raised for. Akumas are nothing compared to Jubei's rightous evils.

Jubei has another form which he can shift to. This form he grows about six inches and his muscules get a little bigger. His eyes turn to a deep redish color and his third eye also appears in this form. He lets out a scream and a katana comes from his chest. It crackles with Yin energy as it rests in his hands. Tatoos flow over his body as a wicked smile crosses his face. His skin gets a little darker as well.
