Quite Simply, there are NO prerequisites!
Just your will to ask questions and start shedding some light into the puzzle pieces that have never found a place in your Puzzle of Life. These are all these unanswered questions.
You have a total right to know these answers. By all means, you SHOULD know these answers from the bottom of your heart.
It's all right
to ask any question that comes to mind. Don't let anyone tell you
otherwise. The reason people around you avoid getting into
this kind of talk is because they generally don't know how to deal with
it themselves, not to mention that this kind of stuff doesn't really excite
people. People are more concerned about the latest styles and tendencies,
showing off the latest things they bought. Every week it's something
new. Sometimes career, recreation, sports, going out, just doing
distraction on top of distraction. This lifestyle IS a CONTINUOUS
DISTRACTION from their True Path.
What more do people find in church on Sunday? Nothing serious really, because it's just general talk never focusing on THEM PERSONALLY! If a priest would take an hour a week per individual to keep track of everyone's spiritual concerns, most people would feel embarrassed to share their personal life with him, and most people would simply avoid going in the first place!
Why?
Because this stuff is BORING! Who feels like talking about other people's feelings and personal issues when everyone else is out partying or doing some other fun thing that isn't boring? Because this is our mind's way to keep us away from this ESSENTIAL task! Our soul has been snuffed out long ago and IT NEEDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION AND CONCERN. It needs TLC (Tender Loving Care) in the REAL SENSE OF THE WORD!
How can this happen if our mind is always yanking us to some other distraction AGAIN and AGAIN and STILL AGAIN!!! It takes a bit of resolution!
Now, do you know why everyone is lost? Because they have forgotten the True meaning of their life. Ask anyone this question, and all you'll get is their ambitions and career achievements. Ask them to go beyond this, and most will sincerely NOT know what to say.
These are sensitive questions that sometimes only you have an answer to. All you have to do is to become receptive to any information that could bring some answers. Accept anything realistic that your best friend could suggest, and see if you can get other opinions too. The more the better.
The most important thing is to ask yourself:
How would I answer this, if I had to for someone else?
Interestingly, you'll see that your creative abilities will provide a pretty realistic answer, that you could use for yourself!
YES, Your Answers ARE Valid!!! They are MORE valid than anybody else's!
Why? Because they're sincere and they come from your heart.

- Let's sit down at a dining table.
- Take a pad of paper and a pen.
- Start by writing down the question that you would most like to have an answer to.
- Once you're done, go sit on the other chair facing the one you were sitting in, and imagine yourself being in front of your best friend.
- Read the question your best friend has given you to answer.
- Now, with a totally detached attitude, answer the question in a concerned and caring way.
- Write down the answer.
- Go back to your seat, and read the answer your best friend has given you!
With astonishment, you will find that most of our gifts and abilities lie in helping out others, not so much ourselves.
So here, we use this ability in a reflective way to help ourselves in great way!
If this is done with sincerity and with caring for the other person, you will find an answer that will be right for you!
