| Ok, here's a little background on these guys. Well for the most part they are pretty simple and basic. The guy in the upper left is a pretty simple idea. I used a resized helmet for him. I also added swivel wrists. I never could understand why some figures have this feature and some don't. Well when it comes to casting your own figures you can do anything. The second guy is a take from a custom design that has been floating around for quite somtime. It is actually one of the more popualr ideas. Whoever came up with this design, good job! I went with the basic gear that the original had but changed the gun. Now the 3rd guy is somethign a little different I guess you could say. First I just wanna say that I really dig ninjas. I never really thought that they did a good job with the ones that have been coming out so I decided to rig one up. First and foremost I wanted this ninja to have ninja boots. Second he definately needed real ninja weapons, not the flashy kung fu gear that they keep giving them. I never really did understand that. Not that kung fu is lame or anything it's just not ninja gear. But anyway here is my take on what could have been a really cool character. Update 5/19/06 Well I changed up a few things on the night guy. He's got dual shoulder pads with pouches on them and he's got a new updated helmet as well. I really like this on a lot better although the goggles dont move. This is something I will change when I get a little time. I also added pics of a female arctic soldier. The last figure was a toughy. I had to size him up with about 5 different sets of molds but I finally managed to get him sized to an acceptable size. I've still got to work on some better articulation but he is coming along very well. |
