Introduction!!!
The Ministry Of Science & Technology (MoST), Government Of Pakistan, was agreed to provide Rs.39.603 Million for the creation of Center for Computer Engineering & Informatics. The syndicate of the University decided to run it as a Department under the Faculty Of Electronics & Electrical Engineering.
Appointment Of Consultants: - The university is starting an entirely new program for which just-in-time and extremely wise decisions are needed at every step. Moreover the University has to maintain its academic excellence and compete with other private/public institutions. For this purpose, we need the services of consultants who are highly qualified , have long teaching/administrative experience and are readily available for consultation to run the program effectively. It is therefore proposed that the following professors of the University may be appointed as consultants for a period of 6 months.

Curriculum Development: -
The department has to offer 4-years degree programs in Computer Engineering. The courses are to be designed keeping in view the latest State-of-art knowledge and current demands of the local and international markets/industries. The committee of experts to be formed for the individual program who should design the course topics with complete detail. Following committees are proposed for curriculum development.

3.Prof. Ahmed Khalil Khan.
4.Dr. Ismail Shah, Avaz Networks, Islamabad.
5.Dr. Moeed Mufti, Math tech., Islamabad.
The courses proposed by the curriculum development committees will be submitted to the Academic Committee for detailed considerations before submission to the competent bodies of the University. The academic Committee comprises of : -
