Summary: After Jake accidentally kisses Hamilton, before she can say a thing, he beats her up and she leaves Rawley after showing her new friend, Bella, her bruised body. When Hamilton makes Bella, Scout and Will take him to Jake’s house after she has left, he gets a shocking surprise.

Jake gasped as she pulled away from kissing Hamilton. Why did she just do that. Oh no! “Hamilton…oh god..I’m so-” She didn’t have time to see anything because the first thing she saw was Hamilton’s fist. She was knocked to the ground and gasped. “Hamilton…I didn’t mean to! I’m sorry.”

“Shut up.” Hamilton punched her again and kept on hitting her. Jake cried out in pain and wanted to cry. But she knew that she couldn’t cry. Boys don’t cry she thought. But girls do…

“Hamilton, let me go. You’re hurting me…” Hamilton punched her in the stomach and Jake screamed in pain. That was all he needed to do. Jake kicked him in the crotch and ran away from him in pain, anger and she was also frightened. Jake cried all the way to the garage and ran to her friend, Bella Banks.

“Bella! Oh god, Bella…”

“Oh my god! Jake, what happened?” Bella gasped seeing Jake’s bruised face.

“Ham…Ham beat me up.”

“Hamilton. Why?”

“He…he…I accidentally kissed him and I swear I am not gay!”

“Come on. My dad’s not here. I’ll help you get cleaned up.”

When Bella got Jake to her room, Jake gulped.

“What’s the matter?” Bella asked.

“I…I can’t take my shirt off.”

“Why not?”

“I just can’t.”

“Jake…do it.”

Jake sighed and took her sweater off. Then she took the hem of her shirt and pulled it off.

“What the…” Bella started seeing that Jake was NOT a boy.

Clad in jeans and just her white bra, Jake looked worse.

“You’re a girl?”

“Yeah. Please…don’t tell anyone.”

“Promise. Oh my god, Jake, this changes everything. I’m getting you some bandages. I’ll be right back.”

Bella ran downstairs. Jake was sitting there when she heard a male’s voice.

“Hey Bella…I need…oh! Sorry. Wait a minute…Jake?” It was Will.

“Will!” Bella said surprised when she came back.

“Jake…you’re a girl. Oh my god, what happened to you?” Will asked sitting next to her.

“I accidentally kissed Hamilton and he beat me up. He doesn’t know.”

“Are you okay? Oh that’s obvious. Of course not.”

“Hey Bella, where are…you?” Scout asked. His eyes widened seeing Jake…but it wasn’t Jake. It was a girl who looked like she was just raped. “Jake?”

“Yeah.” Jake said shivering since Bella had the air conditioner on.

“What happened to you?”

“Hamilton beat her up. He has no idea she’s a girl.”

“I won’t tell a soul!”

“Thanks.”

“Here. The bandages are on. So here’s my jacket.” Bella said handing her a brown fringe jacket.

“Thanks.” Jake put it on and tears went down her face. Will gently put an arm around her and hugged her.

“I’m not staying. I want to go home.”

“Okay. If you want me to get your clothes, I will.” Scout said.

“And my bike. It’s hidden in the back alley way behind the school. Here’s my keys.”

“I’ll be right back.”

Scout left and Bella sighed. “Will, we’ll take her home in my car. I want Scout to ride her motorcycle.”

“Okay. But pretty boy over there better not wreck it!” Jake said.

“How do you feel about Hamilton and by the way, where is he?” Bella asked.

“I just saw him walk into his room and he was holding his crotch. Jake…” Will asked.

“Yes…I kicked him. I don’t know why but…I love him.”

Bella and Will hugged her and Jake cried in their arms. 10 minutes later, Jake, Bella and Will were sitting on Bella’s car when Scout came riding up.

“That was fast.” Jake said grabbing all of her stuff with his help.

“Ryder was around so I had to hurry. By the way, Hamilton’s looking for you. He looks like he is really sorry.”

“I don’t care about him anymore. I just want to stay far away him as possible.”

After everyone was ready, Jake got in the backseat with Will next to her comforting her with Scout next to them on the motorcycle. Bella started the car and both of the vehicles went off.

“Nice place.” Scout said as soon as he got in the house with Bella.

“Thanks. Would you like something to eat? Drink?”

“We want you to rest. You had a very bad day. Hey, call us. Let us know how you are.”

“Listen, Bella…if…if Hamilton wants to see me…let him.”

“Jake, he could have raped you!” Will said.

“Yeah, if he knew I was a girl. Listen just…let him come and bring him.”

Bella sighed and looked at the boys. They shrugged. Bella looked at her friend.

“Okay. Call me. Tomorrow.”

“Yes MOM!”

Bella smiled, laughed, hugged her along with Scout and Will and they left. Jake sighed, sat on the couch and read a book.

2 WEEKS LATER

“Thank you. I’ll be back with your order.” Scout said to his friend, Josh, at the restaurant where he worked with a smile. Scout walked to the counter and heard the ding of the bell where the door was. He looked up and frowned seeing Hamilton.

“Damn! Lord, please don’t let him sit at table 5.”

Darn in! Scout cursed his luck and walked over to the table.

“What’s your poison?”

“Um…just a burger and fries.”

“Drink?”

“Regular coke.”

“Okay.”

“Wait! Scout!”

Scout got that look on his face that said ‘I’m annoyed’ and turned with an angry sigh.

“I need to talk to you.”

“About what?”

“Where’s Jake?”

“He’s at home. He transferred after you beat the crap out of him.” Scout had to fight the urge to say ‘she’ and ‘rape.’

“I…I’m sorry and I want to tell him. Take me there?”

“Ask Bella. She sees Jake more than me.” Scout turned on his heel and stormed to the back of the restaurant.

Just then, Bella and Will walked in.

“Oh no.” Will said with a sigh. Bella groaned. Hamilton looked up and waved them over.

“What?” Will asked when they walked over.

“I need to see Jake.”

“You don’t deserve to see him. After what you put him through? I don’t THINK so.”

“Wait. Bella…remember what he said?” Scout asked bringing Hamilton his food.

“Scout…he couldn’t have been serious.”

“HE LOOKED like he was DEAD serious.” Will said with a sigh.

Hamilton looked at them and sighed. “I didn’t mean to. Guys, I’ve been thinking about Jake for a LONG time. How scared he looked. He looked like a lost puppy.”

“You got that right.” Bella mumbled under her breath.

“I…I want to apologize and…let him know that we can be friends.”

Scout sighed. Will looked around. Bella licked her lips. Hamilton lifted up one eyebrow.

“All right. But…when you seem him…be in for the surprise of your life. I’m ending my shift. Get your truck ready Bella.”

Bella nodded and ran outside. Will ran after her. Hamilton waited for Scout and they all left.

Jake sighed and pulled the bandage away from her breasts. Her bruises were nearly gone. Jake pulled on a tank top forgetting a bra since it hurt and put on some jean shorts. She went into the living room and sat on the couch. She heard the intercom buzz and went to it.

“Yeah?” she asked in her normal girl voice.

“It’s Bella.”

“Scout.”

“And Will.”

“Hey guys. Come on up. And yes, Scout, I made cookies this time. Chocolate.”

“MMMMMMMMMMM.” Scout moaned.

Jake laughed as Bella let go of the button and she heard them come up. She ran into the kitchen and got out the cookies for Scout. The doorbell rang and she raced to get it. She opened it up and two gasps were heard.

“Hamilton?!”

“Jake?!”

“Um…did we forget to mention Jake’s a girl?” Bella asked.

“And that Hamilton was with you?” Jake asked.

“I was getting out of the truck.”

“Guys, come in. Come in.” Hamilton came out last and, surprisingly, Jake and Hamilton reached for a hug at the same moment.

“I’m so sorry. God, what have I done?” Hamilton asked.

“I’m okay, Ham. I forgive you.”

An hour later…

“So you won’t press charges against me?” Hamilton asked putting his head to Jake’s and looking at her like a lost puppy.

“No way! As long as I didn’t hurt anything manly.”

“Not too much.” Hamilton said with a smile.

Jake smiled and kissed him one more time. “I’ll tell you when I can come visit you. Okay?”

“Okay. I better go before they decide to leave.”

Jake smiled and kissed Hamilton a few more times before he ran downstairs. Jake smiled and waved him good bye.

She was going to give him another surprise in one week.

“Scout? I was wondering…”

“What?” Scout asked turning around as Hamilton walked up.

“Why is Finn acting so weird?”

“I don’t know. Maybe a new student is coming.”

“Huh.”

A few minutes later, Crew started and Hamilton, Scout and Will sat next to each other.

“Now…I’m sure everyone here knows about Jake…or Jacqueline. Her real name. She IS coming back but not here. She has transferred to Rawley girls to be with her boyfriend, Hamilton Flemming.”

“Wait! If she’s transferring, where is she?” Scout asked.

Finn smiled and looked towards the boat. Everyone turned and saw a girl with very short shorts on and a bright yellow bikini on. She looked up and caught everyone’s eyes.

“Hey! Quit staring, all right?” she called to Scout.

“Yes ma’am!”

“Krudski, I want to talk to you later!”

“Right!” Will gulped and was surprised at how commanding Jake was.

“And Flemming…”

Hamilton looked at her.

“Get your butt over here and kiss me.”

Hamilton smiled, stood up, ran to her, wrapped her up in his arms and kissed her lovingly.

“I’ve missed you. What are you doing here?”

“I’m still coxswain but I forgot my sweater. Finn said you can get it in my old room.”

“Anything for you.”

Jake smiled and Hamilton ran off. A few minutes later after Jake had her sweatshirt on, everyone got in boat.

“I’m still coxswain but there IS one important rule. No staring at my breats. Cause if you do, Ham will kill you. Stare into MY EYES which are located UP. NOT down. Kay?”

The guys all nodded. Scout and Will hugged Jake before getting into the boat. Jake got in and smiled at Hamilton. Hamilton smiled back. They were going to make it.
