Korean writing, known as Hangul.
A shot of the subway platform before boarding.  Almost identical to Japan, besides the Korean writing.
The interior of a room at a traditional Korean village.  Notice how there is no chair or couch...for the most part in Korea and Japan, people sit and sleep on the floors.  This is one reason why people always remove their shoes upon entering a house to avoid getting it dirty.  At schools and certain restaurants too, people take off their shoes and wear indoor slippers.
