I listen to music that
speaks to me.
None of that manufactured
crap, or
even if it’s not, I
can’t be bothered
arguing this point,
if it sounds
manufactured, it doesn’t
speak to me, I
won’t listen to it [or
at least
avoid it where possible].
I think
that’s fair enough.
I’m not going
to attack you for listening
to what ever music you
listen to,
so I expect the same
in return. Or at least when I do hassle people a
bit for their choice
of music, at least stand up for yourself. If you
like it, say so instead
of denouncing your tastes because of me. I'll respect you much more
for it. Especially if you can tell me why you
like it. what's
worse than someone who likes "bad" music is one who
only pretends to or
doesn't know why. If you're passionate about it,
well yay for you.
you already have an inkling of respect from me.
Just as I don’t play
MY music in every class I am able – possibly
because I am a minority,
I’d appreciate not to have to listen to
the fantastic ‘popular’
music we seem to listen be fed when I’m in
the same place. Gah,
you'd think at school I'd be able to at least
work in an environment
that wasn't plague with the likes of pretty boy bands and "hot" squealing
wannabe divas. Most of the music I listen to seems to have some element
of darkness to it, often pain, or just
evidence of a twisted
psyche. I dunno why this appeals to me, maybe
because it’s subconsciously
my mind’s way of rebelling, or a secret
cry for help…of course!
That *MUST* be it, I listen to music that sounds
negative. I *MUST* want
to kill myself and everyone at school. When
will people face up
to their own actions and act responsibly and
stop blaming every other
type of shit they can? Sure we’re been fed some pretty fucked up things,
but cope with it. And if you can’t well, you probably were never supposed
to in the beginning. Anyway, I’m straying
off music, so I think
I’ll leave it at that.
