religion. I used
to think about this so
much, trying to find
one that I could
fit myself into.
And I’m sure there
are a few people out
there that do
the same. But
why should I cut myself
to fit? I don’t
think if there were
a god s/he would want
me to conform
simply because somewhere
in history
some big person said
that if you
want to be a part of
this religion,
you gotta do THIS.
It's not like god herself said play by the rules of THIS religion or get
out [some will argue this until the cows come home].
So now I stand not as
a religious person but rather a philosophical
one. The great
thing about philosophy is that there are no right
answers, you make your
own rules, and it doesn’t need to have
anything to do with
god. Instead, one thinks [a good thing] and
examines possibilities
of all things and learns about other
philosophies to help
broaden their own knowledge.
