1.The Floating Bill and Small Objects Levitation
David Blaine demostrated this trick in his TV special. He asked a spectator to watch him levitate a leaf. This effect is very immpressive and shocking but this trick requires a gimmick called the invisible thread. This thread is sold in every magic shop. To do this trick, you need to do some preperation, first, stick one side of the invisible thread with magicianin wax or sticky tape between your gums and lips. On the other side of the invisble thread, stick it on the leaf. Use small movements of head to make the leaf levitate, then walk away after performing, have fun!!!
P.S. A more expensive, but effective way is to use the invisible thread reel, or the ITR. it is small cylinder which could go into your inner pocket, or collar of a shirt, which has a small roll of thread, you can pull out the thread to use by sticking it to an objectand balance things on it, then, simply peel the wax off the object and the string will automaticcaly.
Note that you should be careful at holding the threads, or they might break.
2.Cigerrate through Coin
One of the most Famous of his tricks, The cigarrate through coin is a special coin, with an opening in the middle. You should be able to find it in most magic shops. To let people check, or use audience's coin, simply do a freanchdrop to lhide the coin.
3. Raven
The Raven, One of Blaines more famous gimmicks, The Raven can make coins or other magnetic objects dissapear, it's just another classical"up the sleeves" trick. it has a rubbery string which you attach to your jacket and the head has a magnet, it sucks up the coin and the strap pulls it back. The good thing is that you can show your hands empty, and could be done with short sleeves too.
The Homemade Raven
The raven can also be made by youself, this is how you make it. There will need a little investment if you don't already need the supplies. Purchase some medical elastic ( the tpe doctors use to bandage a sprained anle), some clear fishing line, a black velvet and a strong earth magnet which can be found at science stores for a very cheap price. Tke the earth manet and wrap in the black velvet and sew the sides together, leave tow small holes
