| Hi Kenny There could be a lot of organic matter in the crab nebula, but I doubt if contains any life. It's a supernova remnent. It contains a pulsar that constantly irradiates the cloud with X rays. The crab nebula is about 6000 light-years away from us. In the year 1054, a star was observed by chinese astronomers that was bright enough to be seen in daytime. It's position corresponds with where we see the crab nebula today. Have fun. Ackers |
