I have have everything from video games (for all sorts of systems) to DVDs (both live action and anime). Everything has been used, but is in perfect working quality (or perfect reading quality if you get a book) and 100% satisfactory. However, if you are not happy in anyway with your purchase you may send it back to get a refund. But I'm positive there will be no need for that ^.~.
