Main Course Meals
~Baked BBQ Ribs~
Boneless Ribs
Honey BBQ Sauce
Melted Butter
Sliced Onions
Sliced Bell Peppers
Preheat oven @ 350 degrees
Cut 1/2 inch deep slices into each rib, coat ribs w/
honey bbq sauce. Add slices of onions &
bell peppers on top &
bottom of baking pan for more flavor.
Cover baking dish with foil paper & bake @350
for 30-45 min. (depending on thickness of ribs)
You may serve with mashed potatoes, corn & dinner rolls

~Lasagna Pie~
1 Pd. Ground Beef
1 Can Tomato Paste or Spaghetti Sauce
16oz. Cottage Cheese
2 Cups Mozzerella Cheese (Shredded)
2 Cups Chedder Cheese (Shredded)
2 Cans of Crescent Rolls
Preheat oven @ 350 degrees
Cook beef & drain grease.
Add sauce & mix well,
Lay out 1 can of crescent rolls flat onto bottom of baking pan
Add layer of cheeses & meat
Then another layer of each
Open second can of rolls
Spread evenly covering entire dish.
Bake @ 350 until crust is golden brown.
*You may add any spices & may even put a layer of pepperroni slices*
~Spaghetti Bake By Susan~
1lb. Ground Beef
1 16oz. Pack Spaghetti
1 Jar of Spaghetti Sauce
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
2 Eggs Beaten
Cook meat until done.
Cook spaghetti until well done add 1 tspn. of olive oil & stir
Then drain & set aside.
Coat casserole dish w/ butter, add noodles.
Beat 2 eggs & pour over noodles
Add all parmsesan cheese & 1/2 of mozzarella
Mix well & press down evenly.
Add meat mixture to sauce then add to noodles
Smooth down & sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 15-20 min @ 450 degrees.
Cool down for 10-15 min.
Serve w/ salad & garlic bread & Enjoy!!
