Today is ours
Condemned to be free
Free to keep breathing
Free to believe

I look to find you
Down on my knees
Oh God, I believe!
Please help me believe

Sooner or later they'll find out
There's a hole in the wall
Sooner or later you'll find out
That you'll dream to be that small

I'm a believer, help me believe

“Cat! Cat!” Breangwen came running over to her cousin; all jazzed up in the cutest little red dress.  Bosco raised a brow at Breangwen as Cat just stood beside him…kind of like a door-prize. “What Breangwen? You don’t need to shout you know. I’m…” She looked around herself then back at her cousin. “…right here. Or at least I should be.” “So I see.” Breangwen gave a toothy grin. “Nice Dress.” “Thank you, yours rocks. Brightens the room.” “Doesn’t it? And thank you.” “Oh, looks like you hath followers.” Cat pointed towards the small group coming their way.  Breangwen turned around and then back to Cat and Bosco. “Yeah, so I see. Can’t think or move for two minutes without me. Whoopie.” Cat giggled softly at her cousin. “Awe, feeling a bit clung to these days by the rat pack?” “Wolf pack actually, wolf pack.” “Oh, excuse me. And where are my manners!” Cat was saying as Kimmie, JoJo, Erika, BabyBoy, and Micah just arrived. “Bosco, this is my cousin Breangwen and her friends Kimmie, JoJo, Erika, and BabyBoy along with her boyfriend Micah. Everyone, this is…” She paused and chewed on her lip some. “…my Bosco.” My Bosco? Since when did he become MINE? Cat asked herself.

They all greeted Bosco and all just talked with each other about current events, news, and such. “Ladies and Gentlemen, please take your seats. Our Annual Rose Garden Ball is about to begin with dinner.” Cat blinked. “Pre-selected menu I bet.” Cat kept her arm wrapped around Bosco’s and moved with him towards the table. “I want to thank everyone for coming tonight. We are appreciative of your support to keep this event alive.”  Cat shifted in her seat some, after having ordered her drink along with the rest she now wished she was twenty-one. Alas, she was just twenty and that left her with one more year to go. “So, everyone please enjoy the food and music. Have a great night.” The woman moved off the stage and to a large table. “Who was she?” “That’s the head of the committee, Angelina Crusilina. She’s the one who fronts the money for these things.” “How do you know her?” “Her daughter, I had to take several shots of for a company. That’s how I got the tickets, I just asked. Next day in my mail box I find them there.” “Cool.”

Watching dreams that he once had
Feed the flame inside his head
In a quiet desperation of the emptiness he says...

"There's got to be something more
Than what I'm living for
I'm crying out to You"

Augustine
All his fears keep falling out
All this time
He's never been awake before

Finding now
His old dreams aren't panning out
All this time
He's never been awake before

But he's mad to be alive
And he's dying to be met
In a quiet desperation of the emptiness he says...

After dinner was over and everyone was relaxed some more, people started dancing to the live band that had been hired. Cat was lounging back in her chair; Bosco was indisposed at the moment so she was just sitting pretty at the moment. Fixing his jacket, Bosco moved back over towards the table. “Care to dance?” Cat peered up at him and nodded. “This way.” Taking her by the hand, he led her towards the dance floor.

I dream that someday we'll be able to
Look back on this together and say
It was for the best and that it made us
Stronger today, stronger today
There's much more for us to see
A brand new day for you and me
And with confidence I say, "We're better than ever"
And I don't know where this will lead
But in my life you need to be
Cause I need to say, "Hello again"
I'm so afraid that if I wait too long
You'll never look in my eyes again
With a look that gave me strength and gave me hope
And made me feel I've inspired
There's much more for us to see
A brand new day for you and me
And with confidence I say, "We're better than ever"
And I don't know where this will lead
But in my life you need to be
Cause I need to say, "Hello again"
Hello again, hello again, yea
Hello again, yea
There's much more for us to see
A brand new day for you and me
And with confidence I say, "We're better than ever"

“You okay?” He whispered in her ear, during a slow dance. Cat’s head rested on his chest and she breathed deeply.  “Yes, I am. I just feel a little funny being here and all. Not used to being in such a big crowd, I usually am crowd-shy sometimes.” He chuckled. “Never would suspect that.” “Very funny. I don’t get out much as one would think. I’m usually helping my mother out at work.” He chuckled, lightly spinning and then dipping her. She giggled softly and shook her head. “Cute, very cute Bosco.” He smiled as they continued dancing. Around four a.m., the ball ended and the crowd headed out. Cat yawned and stretched in Bosco’s car as he drove her home. He got out and walked her to her door, she smiled softly. “Thanks for a…lovely evening Bosco.” She smiled some, blushing twenty-seven shades of red. He chuckled and stood close to her, “You’re welcome, Cat.” She blushed more and least expected a kiss goodnight, but received one just as she unlocked the door. “Night Bosco.” “Sweet Dreams Cat.” She blushed again as he walked off and scurried to her room and changed into her pajamas. She left a window open since it was a little warmer than usual in her bedroom.

The love that I gave
No more making it up to you
I don't think that you're ever going to do it
No more making it up to you
I don't think that you're ever going to do it
No more making it up to you
I don't think that you're ever going to do it
No more making it up to you
I don't think that you're ever going to do it
No more making it up to you
I don't think that you're ever going to do it
No more making it up to you
I don't think that you're ever going to do it....
Give it back
you need to give it back
the loyalty is something that you lack
