| It is certainly my pleasure to be asked to write a reference for Mary Mieres. I met Mary when she was a young lady pregnant with her wonderful son, Seth. We have a deep friendship that continually shows me her love for others above herself. Her character is upright, steadfast, and honest. She has been a faithful and committed friend. Mary has through the years proved herself to be a completely giving soul who thrives on relationships with value. She brightens up any room she walks in and is a complete joy to have around. When she is not around she is missed. She has stood by me through thick and thin and carries her heart on her sleeve. No matter what is going on in her personal life she always manages to set her goals on those around her in a helpful, caring manner. We have had periods of years that have passed where she was living in other parts of the United States and didn't see each other except on vacations, but the distance or time never made much of a difference when we were brought back in to each others company. Her gifts are self evident within moments of meeting her. It has been a "gift" knowing Mary and a joy to develop meaning with people of such caliber. She has a bright mind, a gentle spirit, and a great devotion to the issues in life that are important to us all. I spent many a hours, days, weeks and months in friendship and in teaching Mary massage therapy so that she could add to her touch ministry for those who are hurting. She has studied Reike and other Eastern body therapies for the good of those around her and has been a blessing to untold hundreds. We traveled overseas together and you would not believe the Spirt of Adventure that lives on and around Mary. Similar to a kid in a candy store when out meeting new people and sharing with everyone who crossed our paths. My husband and I are vegans and Mary catered home and social functions to the detail of what was needful, and we all learn wonderful new things together. She is health concious and dedicated to whomever is in her life and whatever she involves herself in. She is teachable and flexible. She conducts herself in a very professional manner with clients and in managing resources, time, and creativity. I have complete trust in her in all things and in her ability to follow through with any project. She will exceed any and all expectations. On another occasion she was able to use her computer skills to create a webpage for my business. She is fast, thorough, and again very creative. My only regret now is, that Mary lives out of state again and there is most certainly a big void in my life without her light nearby but keeping in touch is fun. Mary is not high maintainance and doesn't need to be entertained for she certainly entertains herself in any situation. I would highly recommend Mary for any position she shows interest in, as those who get the priveledge of her labor and love surely are getting the better end of any "working" relationship. I think you would be more then pleased with her performance and dedication to whatever assignments she is entrusted with. I could certainly continue with the attributes of this delightful lady.
