What?
The Annual Deck the Hulls Party is an event you just won’t want to miss! You don’t have to dress up, or do anything fancy. Just bring your favorite side dish to go with the "Deck-the-Hulls" fried chicken & chocolate cake fantasy and  just stop on by and have fun at the Sierra Point Yacht Club!  http://www.sierrapointyc.org Skippers will welcome you aboard their decorated boats whenever they arrive in the afternoon. If you drive, there's plenty of free parking. Skippers - sail on in any time, even if it's howling and storming! You'll be greeted at the dock with plenty of hands to help you in! Mary and Harrys' good ship Shantung and other boats are welcome to sail in any time on Friday or Saturday. There's power at the Sierra Point Guest dock if you need it, and

Highly-acclaimed and qualified Deck-the-Hulls Judges may or may not go from boat to boat gazing upon the elaborate decorations or non-decorations, (since a beautiful sailboat or powerboat is decoration enough!) and ... Deck-the-Hulls prizes will be awarded for all boats! The incredible Allegro Saxophone Quartet will begin pre-dinner  music and cocktail hour around 5:00,  with Don Prell's SEABOP Jazz group playing during the potluck chicken fantasy and dinner starting around 6:00.   Boat decoration awards and prizes will be announced  the Club and the boats will remain open for toasting the holidays with old and new friends! There will be plenty of time to sit at candle lit tables, listen to fine jazz, and catch up with friends

Grab a friend, and drive, sail, power, bus, swim - get there somehow, but do get there!
